The store didn't have any donuts.....its called dunkin donuts and you are going to tell me there are no donuts?? Plus they were very rude about it too.

We bought a couple of breakfast sandwiches in the middle of the afternoon. They were scorched to the point of inediblility. The hot chocolate was gross, too.
The hashbrowns were pretty good, though.
We would have brought them back and complained, but we were already home when we discovered it. Not worth the time and gas to go back.

My whole bagel is Burn unprofessional I wouldn’t sell something that’s burnt. The whole thing is burnt and I bite it and it’s like cement. I had to throw it away disappointed I work next-door. I will not come back again. Order number 2067

Stop throwing out the donuts , I work over Near the Dunkin’ Donuts and every time I stop in at 5 o’clock before I have to go in for my shift they throw all the donuts , I like Buying donuts for my team at my work . It’s so frustrating watching them Toss all the donuts and the are still open

Dunks as gone corporate! So $$$, might as well be Starbucks. Service here is good, nice folks, a little slow sometimes b/c I don't think they get a ton of traffic

Would give zero stars if possible. Sat in the drive thru for 15 mins after placing our order. Line didn’t move an inch, so I called the store. I asked if it would be faster and/or easier if I just came inside to pay for my order. I was told they were short staffed and the line would begin moving now. 6 minutes later, no movement, at all. So I went in and asked to get my order there. It had been over 20 minutes since placing my order of 2 coffees and a bagel and none of it was ready yet. There were 6 employees at the front of the store and you could hear another 2-4 in the rear. There were only 4 cars ahead of me at the drive thru and no one inside. I suggested to the manager that if they were in fact under staffed then they should shut down the drive thru or inform their patrons they can’t serve them at this time. This was not well received. I get that he’s just a manager so maybe the franchise owners will start reading these reviews as this is the worst Dunks in the area, and that’s saying a lot in Wilmington. Oh and when did pajama pants become work wear? Do better. Your taking in a profit but that profit wont be for long with this low level of customer service.
