They were rude and had very poor customer service. Assumed I was trying to get free food when i told them they put cheese on my sandwich when im lactose intolerant and asked for my money back. Never going back.

Standard DD food and drink, reasonably clean bathroom, but a sanitation grade of B in the kitchen at the time of writing this, so take that info as you will. The attached gas station / convenience store has a good selection as well. Easy to get off and back on the highway too.

I stop here 4 days a week and recently the service has gotten worse and worse breakfast sandwiches literally black!!! Some staff beyond rude and dismissive when you say anything!

Order a extra large regular coffee. While I was on my way to work. Once i got to work found out they gave me a black coffee but the tag on the come says cream and sugar. Simply job can't understand how that can happen

My drink was great. But the new sandwich grill cheese avocado was cook on such a high temperature that the cheese was melted right out of the bread n tomato were rubbery.

Dd espresso is as good as Starbucks and service is outstandingStarbucks needs to pay attention to on store customer service, quicker turnaround

The rep I got should have stayed hm. I get it, it's hard to get decent employees but the girl who waited on me got peeved that I didn't know they had both bagels and English muffins. I hadn't been to a Dunkin' in a really long time and just resumed work after a few years of taking care of my elderly mom. If this is what I can expect for service I'll bring it from hm.
Service is slow never open at 4 like they are supposed to, never prepared . I was totally unsatisfied.

Was yelled at and accused of trying to steal when the cashier did not press a button after I swiped apple pay. He kept saying that we had to tell him we were paying with apple pay so he wouldn't think we were stealing.Yes buddy, we were trying to steal in a coffee shop where we were the only ones in line and hadn't gotten our coffee yet.

Got a Caramel Craze coffee and it was terrible. No caramel, no whipped cream and the staff didn't even acknowledge that I was standing waiting for my coffee for 7 minutes. Worst coffee I've had from Dunks in a while

Most excellent coffee. We got iced coffee everyday for 2 weeks while I visited New Hampshire. Breakfast croissants and sandwiches are excellent. My visits to DD were wicked awesome!
