Always amazing! We are a regular customer and we always feel so important and taken care of. Manager always remembers what we order and feels like a old friend!

Be very careful when ordering sides. Side of veggies, VEGGIES, $13 dollars. Bill came we asked is this right, they doubled down it sure is. Staff smirking on the way out like we were crazy, just paid bill and left. Holy snikies unprofessional, we used to love this place.

Kevin, the GM is the best. I've been going to the Ginger for 15+years, and there's only been one constant- Kevin. He makes every visit seem like your are visiting an old friend. You couldn't ask for better service or food . Go outside of your comfort zone, and ask him for recommendations for a meal. I'd never order some of the things that he had recommended without his guidance. Love this place.

It may be the worst Chinese restaurant in the state of Massachusetts, ordering here is the hardest job in the world, they have such a bad service that I can’t explain my vocabulary is not enough

Food was good as was the menu. Very healthy portions and the price was fair. Not a ton of ambiance.

I just left this place 10/31/2024. Really wanted to buy my son Chinese food,, the guy at the entrance was unpleasant. Then seat at the bar, I ordered my to go while I was at the bar, the waitress was nice, no sooner had she left, then my son texts me and asks me to change the beef lo Maine to chicken. I asked him, he was like, am sure it’s already made. I told him the waitress literally just left. On heading out, after paying, I asked him about something, he couldn’t even give me an eye contact. It’s at this point I, told him how unpleasant he was towards me and I left . Shame on him.

The flavor of their version of general tsos is so gross, I didn't eat more than a bite. Waste of money.

Place has been there for a long time. Figured that's a good reason to finally give them a try. Bottom line is, I was not impressed. Everything was just OK. I can't really say anything bad but I'm struggling to find good things to say. An appetizer sampler and beef lo mein was $35 bucks. Kind of expensive if you ask me. I could get better and cheaper elsewhere. I guess thats the lesson. I don't see a reason to go again and I wouldn't recommend it to friends.
