Careful at the Wilmington location!! when getting your change back. Guy that works there maybe the owner will screw you with your change. Either doesn’t know math or he pockets money every time someone uses cash. 2nd time this happened to me. 1st time I didn’t realize till later. This time I caught him. BEWARE!!!!!

Went through the drive thru after an appointment in the area. I’ve been to many other Heavenly Donuts locations. I got a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and it was below par from every other location I’ve been to. Barely any egg and one half of a slice of bacon.

Donuts where okay, they were very sweet and heavy. Cakey style donuts. The reason they loose 2 stars is because the turkey bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel was gross. The turkey bacon tasted odd as if it was old or just bad quality and the bagel was TERRIBLE. It was burnt to hell and tasted like Supermarket Thomas bagels. The egg was barely there and just tasteless. Overall, I would not go out of my way for this place.

We always frequent the same couple of places, and decided to "Branch out to a consistently tried and true" Heavenly Donuts in Wilmington. Service was friendly, and the food was fresh. I've posted a picture of my ham, egg, and cheese with a tomato on an onion bagel. Delicious - I'm always hesitant to get an onion or everything bagel because I don't like the flavoring to overpower my protein. The balance was perfect.

The Wilmington location is by FAR the worst. Other locations are really good though. They never have any donut you want even when you go at 8am it’s always weird flavors left that no one wants. Also don’t order the coffee or ice tea here they don’t know how to make it always comes out gross and tastes completely different than other locations. I Order ice tea here sometimes and it always tastes like it has coffee in it. Also they close at like 3pm so good luck after that 😂 the one in Methuen closes at 9pm

Terrible service, the staff that serves spend more time talking to each other than serving orders, 30 minutes for some donuts and drinks. What a terrible service.

Today was my first time trying Heav’nly, the caramel apple ice coffee was delicious and I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich as well. I look forward to making another trip there soon!

Went here because of the great reviews and was left disappointed. Asked for a bakers dozen assortment and was given the WORSE assortment ever. All the donuts except for one were some off the wall flavors and ones that are not universally liked. Further, I was given duplicates of donuts too, so not sure they understand what an assortment is. I usually go to Donna’s Donuts, but decided to do something different today, BIG MISTAKE. Ended up having to throw out all the donuts because no one would eat them because they were all weird non likable flavors. I will note, I’ve gone to many donut shops and when asked for an assortment, they always give you a majority of donuts that are universally liked and then give you a couple of the “weird” flavors (apple filled, pumpkin, chocolate cake) etc. Here, I got THREE cinnamon sugar, TWO apple filled, some weird chocolate cake, ONE glazed and NO SPRINKLE! I would not recommend. Go to Donna Donuts and pay extra for the amazing quality and they know how to give you a proper assortment

Boston has a lot of great donut places. Dunkin' Donuts are the worst, not because they are particularly bad, but because, if you can't beat Dunks, you don't get to play. This isn't one of the absolute best ones like Kane's, but it is definitely well above average. Same league as Honeydew, but slightly better donuts and much better coffee.
