Would never come back to this place again there was a guy working in the afternoon he was very unprofessional and disrespectful you can tell he hates his job and customers wouldn’t suggest this place to my worse enemy truly miserable and rude person

Very quick with drinks and food was very good I probably won't go here again anytime soon but if I'm in the area stopping by Heav'nly Donuts before the commuter always will sound like a good idea! They also got a drive thru which is pretty rad for car owners.

Limited selection later in the morning. After checking for the heavenly special, plain donut holes, or chocolate with sprinkles, I ended up settling for plain. It was good, but not my first choice

I would highly recommend this place for donuts. I live in Winchester, so I'm 20 minutes from all good donut shops. The Boston Cream is especially top notch. I would skip the turn overs.

I’m so upset that this place wasn’t even close to what we had expected. We moved from out of state where doughnut shops are pretty popular and so we had been looking for some good quality doughnuts and this is not it. I asked for a 4 shot espresso drink and got maybe a shot with nothing but milk and some sugar, it was disappointing to say the least since it was like 6.00 but the taste of the doughnuts was just horrible, the oil used to fry them is so old you can smell and taste it. We got a bakers dozen but even in a house with 3 kids, only 2 doughnuts were eaten.

Tall guy, with grey/black hair and a beard might want to find a different job other than customer service work. I went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich. When it was done being made it was handed to me only in the wrapping, so I asked “Can I have a bag please?”. The man I mentioned before, rolled his eyes at me and started saying things behind the window. So I asked him what he said when the window opened. He told me “You need to learn some manners, it’s please can I have a bag not give me a bag, learn your manners”, which is just flat out a crazy thing to say. Gave advice on manners yet yelled at me cause I asked for a bag for my sandwich. I get bad mornings/days, but this isn’t the first time with this dude. Maybe tame your workers and remind them a hot sandwich goes in a bag.
