They used to have good service, but today was completely different. It seems like they suddenly started forcing people not to use any promotions from the app. I usually come during breakfast time, so I’ve never seen the management staff before.
Here’s what happened: I used the kiosk to order several promotional items. The kiosk did NOT show any 15-minute limit, so the order went through normally. I had no idea that it wasn't allowed. Then a manager came over and told me: “You can’t order any promotional food from the kiosk anymore. There should be a 15-minute limit between promotional orders, otherwise you will be kicked out.”
That sounded reasonable, so I didn’t argue. My wife and I switched to mobile ordering, following the 15-minute rule exactly. We even used two different accounts—one for each of us—since we were two people.
But after only 2–3 mobile orders, another staff member (a woman) came out and told us we were being kicked out, even though we clearly explained that we were following the rule the first manager gave us. To make things worse, they refused to refund the order I had already placed.
I understand they have the right to decide whom they serve. However, they should clearly explain their rules and be consistent. Different McDonald’s locations have different policies, and unfortunately this one seems to be run in a very confusing and unprofessional way.

Oct, 27 around 3:30 we had excellent service while ordering at the drive thru. Our food was fresh and everyone was genuinely kind and happy. I usually hate drive thru because the people seem unhappy and unkept. it makes me feel uneasy about eating the food they prepared. But this was the opposite experience. Thank you!

Conveniently located right off Main Street/Route 38, this McDonald’s has been a consistently positive stop. Even with the ongoing construction next door (Sept. 2025), access is not an issue. The drive-thru is always quick, accurate, and efficient, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. A reliable spot when you’re on the go. Recommended!

My husband and I bring our granddaughter to this McDonalds when we babysit. The people that work here are always so wonderful. They are helpful and considerate. The food is very good and the place is always extremely clean. It is a pleasure to eat here.

whoever made my bacon egg and cheese this morning 4/2 made it so good i almost cried
Went thru drive thru Ordered a large double quarter pounder with cheese with a sweet tea and this is how they filled my fries?! They were hard as a rock and the sweet tea is mostly water with some sugar added, great way to scam customers out of food!

I ASKED for a boy toy the employee purposely PUT in my SONS happy meal a girl toy well it was jigglypuff PACK which we all know thats girls... no hate here jokes on them in the Pokémon packed cards was a hallo graphic Charizard lmaoooooooo thank you
