Pacific Grove Chinese Restaurant

I had a great experience! First of all, I havent been here since 2017 and i remember it being great and drinks being great! Came in today 09/09/2024 and workers were very friendly. Gentleman that greeted me at door was very kind and welcoming, Waitress was very kind and made sure i had everything i needed as well. Second Food was delicious, I ordered the Beef with broccoli combination plate and a couple mai tais. Food came out quick but oh i can tell you right now it was very fresh and i had to let it sit for a couple minutes before i could dig in! Flavor was all there, you could tell it was just freshly made and not sitting there all day. Third! THE MAI TAIIIIS! Just as good as i remember it!! Drink was worth every penny, strong drink without losing it's flavor as a mai tai! I definitely will be coming back more often! Saturdays are a must because of karaoke night, place is usually packed but a very nice environment to be around. If i could give more than 5 stars i would!! ?-- Ps. I posted pics but dont mind me food was so delicious i already had dug in!

We have eaten here for 5 years and it was great! Today and the last time we have had food that was below eating chix Broc was not what seemed like chx. And rice seemed. Kent or left over. We did love our our regular waitress … not her fault! Won’t go again. Sadly!

Great variety of delicious Chinese food prepared perfectly. Friendly and helpful staff make your visit an enjoyable experience whether you dine in or take out.

Great atmosphere, great food. Attracts a lot of regulars. The nights they do karaoke are awesome. Everybody singing and having a ton of fun. The service is EXCELLENT. Second to none. Great vibes. Definitely recommend checking this place out ?

Steve and Ken at the bar always take great care of you. Awesome food, drink, and great people every time. One of the few places that still serve pork strips in the area which are always an awesome addition. Hot and Sour soup is one of the best around. Highly recommended!

I have never had any issues regarding service or food at pacific grove the food is delicious and staff and very friendly. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is due to the fact that on a couple of occasions, the other patrons can get a little too rowdy for my taste, and some have even got confrontational. However, this again isn't due to lack of service from the establishment, but due to lack of judgment from other patrons on how much they can drink.

Ordered on phone and asked for extra sweet sauce and that i am happy to pay for it. When I arrived, this older woman grabbed the money out of my hand as I was reminding her that I asked for extra sauce. She barked at me and said ok. When she handed me the bag, I started unstapling it and she yelled "extra sauce in bag". I said ok but I would like more and will pay for it. She raised her tone and grabbed money out of my hand and made me wait 2 minutes to get an extra sauce. The customer next to me said she is rude. I left and will not return. I don't understand the attitude, I paid for it.
