Can't comment on how good or bad the food is, because the woman at the front desk was so rude, I did what I've never done before and dropped the menu and walked out. Maybe she's the owner, maybe she's the owners mom, but she clearly had no regard for customers. So now she won't have one.

I have never had any issues regarding service or food at pacific grove the food is delicious and staff and very friendly. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is due to the fact that on a couple of occasions, the other patrons can get a little too rowdy for my taste, and some have even got confrontational. However, this again isn't due to lack of service from the establishment, but due to lack of judgment from other patrons on how much they can drink.

Ordered on phone and asked for extra sweet sauce and that i am happy to pay for it. When I arrived, this older woman grabbed the money out of my hand as I was reminding her that I asked for extra sauce. She barked at me and said ok. When she handed me the bag, I started unstapling it and she yelled "extra sauce in bag". I said ok but I would like more and will pay for it. She raised her tone and grabbed money out of my hand and made me wait 2 minutes to get an extra sauce. The customer next to me said she is rude. I left and will not return. I don't understand the attitude, I paid for it.

We've been trying all places that may have tiki drinks and that carried us here but it's not just the drinks that will be bringing us back.Let's start with the drinks though. Steve, the bartender, is amazing and mixes a mean drink. He's a great salesman and entices you in while also giving you fair warning. The drinks can get STRONG but man oh man were they good.The food also hit the spot and Steve talked us into soup so we could trying out the special sauce he mixes which was delicious if you like things with a kick!We enjoyed the full experience and will be returning. Definitely worth the stop over even though it doesn't look like much from the outside.

The best place for Chinese food. I won't go anywhere else. Service is excellent and the food has plenty of fresh vegetables. The menu is varied so there is something for everyone's taste. Love the crab rangoons! I get the best wine pour compared to any restaurant in the area. Mai tais are great as well. The servers are friendly and efficient. Take is out is also excellent. I've been going to this restaurant for decades
