Great customer service!!! (Almost too good) The blonde teenage boy named Tyler was borderline flirting with me and my entire family and even gave us his phone number for “special events”. A little odd, but great food!

Ordered takeout from Pizza Mia this evening after seeing so many posts about it in the town of Wilmington Facebook group. The pizza was great and the staff was very friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Pizza Mia has always been a staple in our house, but I recently ordered some catering with the help of the owner, Don, and he is great! Super easy to work with, made recommendations based on how many people/the type of party I was having, and even called to check in on my order the day before. If you're looking for catering & great customer serivce, I highly recommend!

Ordered a roast beef sub with sauce & cheese. I swear there was more bbq sauce than roast beef. I’ve never seen a thinner sub. The few ounces of roast beef were thick and tasteless. Just a horrendous attempt of a sandwich! This was my 2nd try with this place and my last. The first time was a greasy, rubbery chicken parm…plus the place looks like it is on desperate need of a good scrubbing inside and out. Save your money and find another place.

3rd and last time ordering lunch from this restaurant. First time was a chicken parm sub and it was nothing but grease and chewy/tough chicken cutlets. The 2nd time was an eggplant parm and again, super greasy and inedible. Today was my last time, who can mess up a roast beef sub with sauce & cheese - well, this place can! The roast beef was much too thick and the sub was incredibly thin! Looks as if they added a single layer of roast beef! I asked for extra sauce and it was no where near “extra” After looking around closely…the place needs a big time cleaning - inside and outside. There are NO chairs to sit and wait. The employees (all 3 times) are not the friendliest. I’m all set…did I mention the portion size is no where near what they charge.

I lived in Wilmington 20 years ago and this place was there and is still just as good. Quick, inexpensive, delicious. Lots of sleepovers were spent eating these pizzas!!

Prices In store are much more expensive than online and the prices are far too high for the low quality of food

The establishment is not clean. I saw a mouse run through the kitchen when I was picking up my food. And when I asked for my money back, the girl with the baseball cap running the grill said right out in the open.. "All restaurants get rats and mice!" To say the least, I still had to argue with her over getting my money back. This place has gone so far down hill. It disappointing to see and kind of sad... Not recommended

Am from Brooklyn NYC we take pizza real seriously and this place comes the closest to a New York City Pizza Pie. I travel from north Andover just to get pizza here the Best New York City (BROOKLYN) style pizza on the east side of Massachusetts hands down.
