Worst drive-thru line I have ever been to... I'm actually sitting in the drive-thru line typing this review. I have been here for over 25 minutes, I'm in a huge line and there a giant curbs on both side of me so there is no way to escape lol. Will never come back here again.

The 3 way ( roast beef with mayo, cheese, and bbq sauce) was delicious. Even better was the service by the two staff that I interacted with. The restaurant is a bit run down feeling so pick up a sandwich and go.

I've been going to Simards for 20+ years and prefer it to other local roast beef places because they remain friendly and affordable despite the changing times. The drive thru sign needs major renovations (like lights) but I don't come for a drive thru sign I come for a decent roast beef sando with fries and a drink. There is always someone friendly working the window and the cost does not break the bank like a similar places like this.

Im from brazil, but i made an exchange program to the usa, and i used to live in burligonton. During my winter break from hs, this place was my seccond home. I used to order food at 11pm, or even at almost 00:00. A duble cheesebueguer Bacon, with fries and mozzarella sticks on side. I lived 1 year on burligton, and that was The Best fries and mozzarella sticks that i had. The duble cheeseburguer Bacon is delicious and cheap! Awsome, hopefully, The next time i visit massachussets, i'll order it again. Thankyou for making part of my exchange program, with The Best dinner i could have !

Used to love this place but the quality of the food has definitely gone down hill! Spinach rolls were cold in the middle burgers were under cooked like actually raw hamburger in spots.

When I went into Simards to get my food the employees took over ten minutes even though the food had been done and when I finally got my food and I went into the car to eat it the food was barely cooked and had strands of hair in it, I’m never going there again
