I had such a great experience at this Starbucks yesterday morning! I had called a few other Starbucks to see if they could make a drink from last yearâs fall menu called the iced apple crisp cream chai, and most of them said they couldnât but when I called this location, they said they could definitely make it work! So I came in and was greeted immediately by everyone and they made my drink! Unfortunately, on my part, I didnât specify that I wanted it iced so when I got it hot, I asked if they could just pour it over ice and the sweet girl working poured out the original drink and remade me a whole new one, iced, and left a really sweet note on the cup. It made my day. I wish I had grabbed their names, but everyone working there was so kind, and it just led to me having the best dayđ thank you, Wilmington Starbucks!

This place is never open . I was on my way to work and mobile ordered my coffee just to wait 15 mins In the drive threw line. They really need to get more staff

This place is the worst. Itâs not the staffâs fault - itâs management. The staff is always pleasant but theyâre barely ever open. The few times Iâve gone, Iâve ordered ahead just to find out when I got there that it was drive thru only and then had to sit in a drive thru line for (not exaggerating) sometimes up to 25 min to pick up my coffee. Itâs absurd. Clearly this franchise doesnât have the ability to run the store in any functional way.
Went to wilmington location on 1-27-24 and honestly had such a terrible experience. My boyfriend ordered a tall hot coffee and was told by a male worker in an extremely annoyed tone it wpuld take 5 mins to brew a new coffee or would he rather a different coffee. And then our coffees were placed on the table to grab and they didnt say his name which is fine they were obviously busy but my boyfriends cup didnt have a name on it or what kind of coffee it was so we asked if it was a tall pike and the girl nodded her head yess extremely annoyed and looked at her other co worker and started laughing right in our face⊠wasnt sure what that was about. Very rude. Ive worked in the food industry so i understand it gets overwhelming but no need to be so rude
