Decent burgers. They are neatly put together and the patties are char cooked. The portions of fries were generous and they were hot, crispy, and fresh. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the patties weren’t as juicy as I thought, but not dry either.There was a lot of parking and seating. I will definitely be back!

Great fries, delicious ranch, pretty good burger. Patties are small get the double. Lady was a little rude to my husband - he asked about the patty size and she wasn't very helpful so he asked if it was like five guys size and she said I don't now I dont eat at five guys kinda nastily but nothing too bad. Other employees were nice. The only other thing was we sat near the door and they sprayed a bunch of cleaner on the glass and it was super strong while we were eating. I will definitely go back though the fries were worth a trip. Super crisp and not coated, my favorite.

Thank God there is a Habit in Massachusetts! It’s very clean, and the food is always how I remember it from going often to the original location in Santa Barbara.

Service was outstanding! Super friendly and energetic staff. I live down the street from a location and was craving a burger. I felt bad after I realized I came close to it closing for the night, but the staff could not have been nicer! I got the signature charbroiled burger and it was just okay. The veggie toppings were delicious and fresh (especially the lettuce!) but the patty had no flavor and was small. The bun was also just fine. I would have been impressed if it came with a brioche bun or something similar.The fries were your normal fries, nothing crazy. The onion rings were delicious! Not beer batter but thick and crunchy! I also got a chocolate sundae which was huge!! The whipped cream and syrup tasted chalky but the ice cream and nuts were delicious.I hear their spicy chicken sandwich is really could so I would love to go back and try that!Overall, I would say if you are traveling or in the area and want an average but non-greasy/fattening burger, it’s your spot!

The Habit delivered great food, service, and atmosphere, with no compromise in quality, Brandy who waited on me was very professional and expedited my order in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend the Habit and will be back.
This places never misses! I order on their app and by that time I leave the driveway they have my order ready to go! Very friendly and my order is always correct too!
This place was a 5 stars, great food, great environment, the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever seen, service is amazing, this place is one that everyone should try

We are regulars here! We love it. Fresh tasty food, friendly service. My boys love it especially getting the little gummie hamburgers in the kids meals. So much better than getting the standard burger fast food.
