Breakfast is excellent here. For lunch I’ve had the steak and cheese and could be a little bit better. But breakfast is top notch. The only thing that could make it better would be a mimosa or espresso martini.

Our experience was a bit disappointing. To begin with, my butter knife looked dirty. I ordered the avacado eggs Benny and the waitress says they don’t have avacado and they never have. You’ve been open for 1 or 2 years and you have an item on the menu that you’ve never carried?? How is that even possible? They gave me a Benny with spinach and tomato. The hollandaise and home fries were very good, I’ll give them that. However, the spinach was clearly canned and/or frozen. It’s very obvious when spinach isn’t fresh- it’s watery. Not something you want to cheap out on. Lastly, we ordered their “new baked beans”. I’ve had a lot of baked beans, and these were clearly Bush’s canned beans. The worst part was that there was no price advertised for the beans- when the check comes they charged us $6.50!!! FOR CANNED BEANS. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not come back.

I ordered take out . Basic eggs Benedict. With well done home fries. What i got was a surprise when i paid . 15 dollars for basic Benedict? Then I see bacon(which is fine I paid for it clearly but definitely not what I asked for) I also asked for well done home fries that come with it. Well there were some well done home fries... small blackened pieces of whatever they may be. The rest of the homefries were essentially seasoned slight cooked raw diced potatoes. Im sorry but if ur making home fries for tons of people there is a way to make sure the outside is crispy and the inside is actually cooked. 15 bucks for this slop is incredible. Go to reds tavern in Salem or even better any Dennys can get this order correct. Then when I called to say hey this isn't what I ordered the lady argued with me till I repeated my exact order . Then she wanted me to talk to someone else... on my lunch break. I understand that industry is busy and tough but so is mine and I dont make excuses for screw ups. Do better I would not recommend this place at all

Although it was a busy Sunday morning, they were able to accommodate our party of 8. As always, they were all very friendly. I know it was a bit of an inconvenience having such a large party, but they took it all in stride and did an amazing job. I always enjoy having breakfast at The Real McCoy. Special thanks to our waitress Gretchen and the Hostess Linda.

Pancakes are as big as plate. Combo was delicious. Also, mushroom omelet was very good but too much mushrooms next time I will say light on the mushrooms. Great place.
