This is one of the worst dunks around if you don’t include the one in Ashburnham which is also awful and run by the same people 🙄 Ordered two items through the app. When I get to the drive thru to pick it up I was informed they don’t carry that item anymore. Why not take it off the menu then ? She wouldn’t give me a refund and had a shitty attitude about it. Can’t request a refund on the app because that function has said down for maintenance when I try multiple times for this order. This location is a joke anyways, never gets your order right or ready when you get there. Would have switched to a different location already but it’s the only one I go by in the morning .

The workers are always just sitting on their phones, they aren’t cleaning, they aren’t helping each other. I ordered two of the new wraps and a coffee. My coffee is good I will give them that. But I only ordered the coffee because I wanted the new wraps, they come with bacon, egg, cheese, hash browns, and the most delicious sauce. Welp my cheese was burnt and they forgot the sauce. Might not seem like a big deal but I work down the street and they can NEVER get it together!

Super friendly staff and very efficient took my order right away and had it done within a few mins not prioritizing drive thru and online orders over me who was there in person. Very pleased with the experience compared to other surrounding dunks including the ones near where we live in NH. Top notch service

Like the people who work there they’re awesome are smiling all the time! People do have bad days at times, but who doesn’t? They’re always usually busy so they’re always running around. You can tell they’re always trying to get to everybody and make everybody happy if something is not right they will fix it for you with no problem.
