I get that this place wants to be high end but until they get a well trained staff it will never be. Drinks took a long time to come out even though there were not a lot of people. The shrimp cocktail was chewy. The au poivre steak was thin and not prepared well. The bar area gets very loud and is not separated from the dining area, so if you're there for an intimate date or event, it will be ruined by drunk people screaming (they were literally yelling down the length of...
A very nice spot, plenty of space, friendly staff and most importantly excellent food. A quality steak house hidden in western mass. Enjoyed a very tasty appetizer I had not heard of before, tostones rellenos.
Second time here. Great food, cool atmosphere. Prices seem to be a little high, but you get what you pay for, and the meals have always been perfect. Service is a little slow sometimes, but I wouldn't let that keep anyone away
