Order is never right regardless of which Mcdonalds I go to in the area. I understand I usually order for a family of 5 or 6 but attention to detail is key but not rocket science. Some Managers I've dealt with have been helpful and understanding but the staff really needs to do better.

Manager verbally abused young worker and gave me the eye for excepting my cup of Coke from lobby fountain. The young worker was truthful and was the only one willing to rectify a lousy tasting soda. When I asked if a manager was on duty to the first person that denied help and lied about the fountains being the same, she said we all are. The not so friendly rude woman that yelled at the person willing to help me said she was a manager so I asked to speak with her and she turned and walked away to get another person involved in the soda scandal. Drive through fountain had perfect tasting coke. If you can't keep calm and treat workers and customers respectfully you should seek training on customer service and should apologize to those employees that had to deal with you. That manager that was rude to an employee and customer allowed another employee to lie and try to send me in circles should move on to another branch and have a short leash.

Check your orders. I don't know how you can mess up a hamburger but they can. So.... ALWAYS check your order there. Ordered a number 7 with NO CHEESE and he repeated it back... yet I ended up with 2 cheese burgers with nothing else.

lol one dude at the drive through takes his job way to seriously, finally got lemonade which is awesome to get a sweet tea lemonade. Every other McDonald location has this option that I’ve been too across the state. Dude goes “ we actually can’t do that we aren’t allowed “ bro i went there two days before got a sweet blonde lady and she goes “ we just don’t got a button for it yet but I can do it for you no problem”

I had a coke from the lobby fountain yesterday. After a few sips my tongue itched and it tasted weird. I stopped drinking. My tongue still feels weird 24 hrs later. I think they must have either not rinsed the cleaners out of the lines, or maybe it's way over overcarbonated leading to too much carbonic acid. Either way, I'm never coming back.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever ate at and consistently poor quality .The last few burgers I’ve had the buns are rock hard and seemed to be left out all night when I ask to have this corrected the employees act like it happens quite often . Hard enough that it could not be missed while assembling the damn burger lol . Just careless staff and unorganized I will not be going back again

Service is a hit or miss, they're either very slow in making something as simple as a small shake or somewhat quick, usually very kind though, as for the food in multiple experiences of ordering chicken based items like nuggets, they're extremely undercooked, on the border of being raw, texture doesn't taste great and not very crispy, overall at times not enjoyable, sometimes they ignore the most basic instructions for toppings to put onto a burger, coke 8 times out of 10 doesn't taste right, not somewhere to go for a meal in my opinion, only a small "whatever it's nearby" late night snack

There's nothing that I appreciated about this place only positive side is they all seemed nice, no one seems to know what they were doing the restaurant itself was very dirty and not picked up and there was soda and juice stuck on the counter and being very sticky and the restroom was not cleaned at all , immediately when walking in there's an odor that gut punches you, if you look around you can see the layers of dirt and germs, I overall did not care for this restaurant definitely needs improvement with basic cleaning tips because from what I saw this place hasn't been properly cleaned in a while
