I directly messaged them because I did not want to leave a bad review, but wanted my concerns to be acknowledged.

However, it was read and I didn't even get a reply.

My opinion is any good business owner that cares about their business would have taken 5 minutes to reply to a customer. A customer who spends money almost weekly.
