This place was fairly full when we sat down. It was a seat yourself but was not super easy to look and see what tables were open. By the time we ordered the place was only about half full. Drinks took a while then we waited and waited and waited for an hour and 25 minutes for our food and when it finally came out it was not even warm. More than half the tables didn’t have any food on their tables. Looked like someone converted a single family home and I was in my grandmothers living room. If I could give it zero stars, I would have.

I went today with my family. My first impression was nice. The dining room was clean and open we got to sit down quickly ( you sat yourself) I am not one to leave many reviews. When something is really good and I am impressed I do.Unfortunately, when something is really bad I do. I hope they read this. When and if you are short-staffed that day tell your customers right when you take the drink order.Do not dismiss your table because you feel awkward the kitchen is slow. Our waiter was young the kitchen staff was also very young it seemed kids were running the place. That's okay if you're trained well. Maybe it was just a bad day for them I do not know.We got our menus right away. We got our drinks right away. Our waiter didn't introduce himself. He came to our table a total of 4 times. He didn't even come back to ask us how the food was ( I am sure he overheard us that we were very disappointed and didn't even want to ask) He put my plate in front of me and the first thing I saw was hair on my food. It wasn't my own and had He looked He would have seen it.So guys inspect your plates before you bring them out it takes 2 seconds. Make sure there is no hair. It happens I get it. I worked restaurant myself for years. Hair nets in the kitchen should be worn. I saw none. We shed 80 to 100 hairs a day and a lot is already on our clothing before we leave our house. Where chef coats if you have to or even another covering that's clean. The food was cold which was a telltale sign it had been sitting for a while before it was brought to the table.Wait staff help out each other. If food is up for one table help your fellow staff. Work as a team guys. It will make things easier for all and your customers happy their food is not cold. I appreciate the girl who did ask us how things were. Saw we barely touched our food and didn't make us pay for all of it. While we were there I observed other tables that had an hour or more wait and were not happy. We were all disappointed and I wish you all well and hope you can have better days in the future. We won't be back. It's too bad because I loved the atmosphere.

I brought my sister and her family out to eat. We waited over an hour for the food when the food came my sisters had a hair laying across her corn beef hash, which was also cold I get my breakfast. My corn beef hash is called the toast. The butter is not melted. Everything was cold, except for the hashbrowns we tried looking past the long wait for the food to come, but then getting a hair in her food, and my brother-in-law, Kabasa was undercooked. We were not happy with our experience. And probably won’t be going back. It’s not that they were understaffed. There were a bunch of kids running the place and it seems like they had certain food sitting while they were cooking other food. Not being able to keep everything hot at the same time. Along with the waiter not coming to check on us if we need anything or if how was everything we laughed and said we would go to McDonald’s down the street next time. I hope this helps others.

Only reason for 4 stars was that, like a lot of eating establishments, they are short staffed. Not their fault, but we all know the reasons.Food was great, potions were good and atmosphere was good. Will return. !!!

Unless you are a regular there or one of the waitresses friends you won't get served. An hour and a half just for coffee. Watched the room rotate 2x before we just left and paid for the coffee. Absolutely ridiculous.

The place is quiet, serves tasty food at good prices, and the staff have been nothing short of respectful. They can get busy sometimes, but it's a lovely place to drink in the atmosphere while you wait. There is a gluten-free option for bread, which is wonderful to see, and should be highly encouraged.I feel respected and relaxed here, and that's the best you can say of a diner.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options for bread.Parking: Plenty of parking, even on busy weekends from what I've seen.Kid-friendliness: Quiet and cozy, sure to help to relax children who come.Wheelchair accessibility: Full-length ramp out front for easy access.
