So I ordered a simple tuna sandwich with mayo and they didn't have mayo and I wanted the sandwich without mayo so I can still have the sandwich at least and the manager refused to give me my sandwich without mayo. What's so hard about that. I'm starving and was already waiting forever for my Doordash to show up. I'm very frustrated with how that was handled by the manager.

Had a turkey BLT sandwich with some mayo on Italian herb and cheese bread. Was a little bit dry and the veggies could have been fresher, but bread itself was good. Service was ok as the worker wasn’t very pleasant. Better alternative to greasy fast food though.

Nancy is amazing .always cleaning. Leaving the place spotless all veggies look fresh and cut properly. Nancy greats you with a smile I immediately feel welcome. Just want to say Nancy is the Best I've seen. Believe investing money in her..maybe haver her train others. Nancy you rock it down at SW....

Dom was professional, on task, and made a great sub for my bf. Fred was making comments about not wanting to help and gave me 3 skimpy scoops of steak when I ordered deluxe. As someone who's worked at subway previously I was shocked with how Fred was composing himself in front of customers and how poorly the unit was stocked

This is my second time going to this location in a month. I usually don’t leave reviews but this is so frustrating. I hope someone sees this in management and does some training or something. First time I ordered here, my sandwich was completely wrong…bread was wrong, wasn’t toasted and all the filling was completely wrong. I ate it anyways and just let it go and chalked it up to a fluke. The second time I ordered here, I got all the way home and the bread was completely wrong and it still wasn’t toasted. I really don’t care…honestly, it’s not the end of the world but when I spend my hard earned money, I would at least like to get what I asked for…especially since I ordered on the app and there was no way for me to miscommunicate.
