Stopped on our way through town on a long trip. Got there at 11:30 on Sunday and the restaurant was very full but we sat at the only available table. Ordered before 11:40, and waited. The restaurant began to clear consistently and the waitresses both seemed to focus more on cleaning and prepping to close than the people in there. The table next to us had six people compared to our two and a toddler, and they had already ordered. At 12:20 the table next to us told the waitress that if their food had not been started to forget about it and that they were leaving (they were very obviously annoyed as they had a baby with them too and some of their party had already left as well). The waitress assured them there food was almost done, but it still took another 15 minutes for them to all be served. After over a full hour I went to the counter and told the waitress we were not waiting any longer and I would pay for my coffee. She was rude and seemed offended that we weren't willing to wait longer, after over an hour wait. She charged me $5 for the coffee, one cup, no refills. I could be mistaken, but I'm nearly certain the menu has a cup of coffee listed at $2.50. There are some very serious customer service issues here. We will never go back and I sure hope others don't waste their time.

Working in the area stopped in for a bite. Had a veggie omelet. Food was excellent, cleaned my plate. Service was quick and polite. Great find in the middle of nowhere.

The food is fantastic. I had pancakes. It's like eating home cooking at a friends house. The people are great at customer service. The price was under a visit to Denny's by ten dollars. I want to return.
