We have searched for true Italian pizza in our area. We decided to try a fairly new pizza takeout in Winchendon, Two Foxes Farm, on Central st. It was a 30 minute wait, it was well worth it. We ordered a large plain pizza and it didn’t disappoint. If you ever experienced Buffo’s pizza in Gardner years ago, it has the same delicious, Italian taste. It’s a small place with a small waiting area, but serves a pizza with big taste?

The only real Napoletana pizza in the area, there’s really no contest. It’s wood fired, it’s got that crisp, ingredients are fresh. They did also seem to improve their hours, thanks!

Hands down, the BEST pizza in town. Don't even waste your time going to other places when this gem is right in the center of town. Wood fired crust, to perfection, and the toppings are quality too! Will be going here from now on.

Got the small pepperoni pizza. Crust was burnt and toppings were nothing special. The pepperoni was bland.

I was excited to try this place out a few weeks ago. I am familiar with style of pizza and there is a lack of it in the area. I like the Greek places well enough, but a proper wood fired thin crust pizza is almost like a different food.It was a spur of the moment stop, so we parked and went in. Just a single couch for customers to wait. There was no menu board, nor any paper menus to look at, forcing us to look at the website on our phones to figure out what they offered. The internet was very slow here and it was hard to navigate at that speed. So unable to look at much of a menu, we just went with some standard things. My wife ordered hers and the guy immediately went into the back room, not getting my order yet. I finally called out that there was a second pizza, and he stayed in the back, forcing us to yell. The front door was open with traffic going by, so we had a lot of trouble hearing just about anything he said. One of the toppings I wanted was extra cheese, a pretty standard thing for most pizza places, but I was met with derision (still from the back of the shop) and a "oh, we don't really do that." How hard is it to add more cheese and charge a topping price for it? Again, we had no menu to really pick anything. I am sure the shop owners will have some reason why they don't do it, like it wouldn't cook properly in the 750 degree oven, but that would be a fairly lame excuse. Plenty of other wood fired places don't have an issue with it, and they offer pizzas with plenty of other toppings weighing the pizza down. No, they just don't want to. I got the sense his lack of desire for it was from an attitude of it not being proper, and he knows best. The service was a very poor first impression. The pizza itself was okay. The ingredients tasted fresh, but nothing very special, and of course, there was not enough cheese. We were treated like we were a bother and that we must be stupid. It was a very snobby elitist attitude. As such, it will be highly unlikely we will ever return. There are almost a dozen other pizza places within our home radius, and with far better service. The fresh basic ingredients (which is a part of this style of pizza) are not worth being looked down upon for wanting a little more cheese. Good grief.

Need to fix their online hours of operation. Called at 8pm and their google ad says they close at 9.

Stopped by again and the place is amazing, this time I ordered pizzas and they were great. // Previous review> Just had the best steak with an amazing pesto sauce and vegetables. I didn't know they offer other stuff besides pizza, but they do. They've a huge variety of great food some with organic ingredients; this is another level, I'm so happy I ordered. The salad was awesome and super fresh as well. Coming back soon

We've been by this place a number of times, they never look like they are open. They have no phone, but you can order online. It was a thurs afternoon, supposedly they open at 3. We drove down at about 4:30, my gf went in to order a pizza and check the place out. She came out and told me the person said it takes 30 minutes to get their oven hot. My gf orders and they say to come back in 30 minutes. There's nothing much in the place, it's take out only. There's no real ambiance, you can't even watch them cook. We sit in the car and wait 30 minutes, nobody goes in the place and nobody came out. Nobody texts us or emails us. 30 minutes my gf gets the pizza and brings it to the car. It's lukewarm, we drive the 1/4 mile home and by then it's cold. Is it good pizza? Well...we had to put it our oven to heat it! The dough was good, it seemed to be cooked right, kind of an unattractive pizza, no spices or anything on it and haphazardly put together. And...pretty expensive for the area, too. Forget the 2 five star reviews, those are fake reviews. OK...I'm 70 years old, 1/2 Italian, I've eaten this type of pizza before. Here, there, and everywhere. It was good, but average for what I've eaten in the past. Here's the problem with this type of pizza. You have to eat it hot from the oven, and then there's maybe a 10-15 minute window of opportunity to enjoy it. That means you are never, ever...ever going to get a hot pizza from this place. Waiting 30 minutes is just crazy when it only takes like 3 minutes or less to cook these things. The range of this pizza being hot is about as far as the Post Office or so. The people in the Chinese restaurant, the police, the people in the auto parts store and maybe the workers at Athol bank are about the only people in all of Winchendon that are going to get hot pizza from here. My advice is to at least put a few tables in the place. Have the oven ready, nobody wants to wait 30 minutes for a pizza. Get a phone so people can call for info. I like fancy food, but I can't understand how this place can survive when there's already a lot of pizza available.

Best pizza I have had in years! I would suggest better advertising as I didn’t know this place was in Winchendon. Hours are not consistent, but again, best pizza you’ll get within a hundred miles of

Chef Igor and the Two Foxes Farm Pizza recently (6-16-2023) catered my son's rehearsal dinner at The Cathedral of the Pines and were superb despite our dealing with detailing logistics and gluten free options for attendees including many with celiac disease from my location near Pittsburgh, Pa.. I recommend them highly.Vegetarian options: See aboveKid-friendliness: See aboveDietary restrictions: See above

We hired Two Foxes Farm to serve pizza at our wedding, and it was amazing!! All of our guests were thrilled with the taste, and the energy they brought was perfect for our event. We are so happy with our decision, and appreciated working with them!

The pizza was delicious very authentic. The only thing I would say is our crust was a bit over cooked burnt really.
