There were 2 long hairs in our sandwiches and they tasted like plastic

Ordered ahead at Winchester location. Upon arrival at 1:30PM (closing at 2 per website) the staff was already shutting down and declining new customers. They informed us that our order was made but only on plain bagels (despite requesting otherwise). I attempted to look over the order and the staff immediately noticed and said ‘it’s all there’. When returning home, come to find out the two cream cheeses ($4.89 each) were not in the bag and one of the sandwiches and hash browns ordered was missing (half of a $44 order). Called the store to ask for a refund for missing items and they asked that we return in person the following day to which I declined. I am not going back to this store to deal with this never mind the fact I have no intentions of ever ordering from Bruegger’s again.

I had a wonderful time at The Bagel Spot & Cafe in the upscale neighborhood of Winchester-Boston! After checking out of a nearby hotel, I stopped by this cozy spot and was delighted to find a bustling atmosphere. Despite being a small shop with only 18-20 tables, it was pretty full, which speaks to its popularity.
The prices were average, with our group of 4 paying around $9 per person with coffee. The working staff were friendly and very busy taking orders, but still managed to provide great service.
One of the best parts? Free parking was available on the spot in the strip shopping lot! No hassle or extra fees, which was a lovely surprise.
Overall, I highly recommend The Bagel Spot & Cafe for a delicious breakfast or snack in a charming setting. Can't wait to come back!"

I placed my order online and arrived to pick up almost an hour after I placed the order and my order still took over 40 minutes to be ready. This is unacceptable I will never go back

I work as a delivery man and I've come here several times. They don't have any kind of respect or any kind of service towards the app drivers, they should be banned from these platforms simply with spheres above 45 minutes without giving any satisfaction to the app drivers. This is ridiculous.

The food is decent. But the wait time is ridiculous. Like others have said, you have to wait 20 min for your order. This isn’t including how long it took to wait to order in the first place. I won’t be coming back. I’ve been coming here for years but it just keeps getting worse.
A few months ago this location switched their ordering method and it has been CHAOS ever since. People waiting 20+ minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. The workers are very clearly overwhelmed, the system is broken. This location used to be great when they allowed people to order as they walked through the line, never any issues. Go back to the old ordering system!!! Or I fear this location will not last.

i got a plain turkey and lettuse bagel sandwich and it was great. partly as i have issues with more complex foods so it was a nice simple food.
would say need to talk to workers a little about order numbers or speaking louder-i dont have impaired hearing really but i couldnt hear one worker which isnt their fault really-but something to mention.
their website isnt too user friendly for prices and ordering though, which can be an accessibility issue. i am a bery anxious person and like to pre-plan the money and items but i had to go inside and akwardly stare at the menu for price. might turn some people off unless they know the prices.
overall good food, but might wanna check on the website set up (and if its the whole chain like this then the who chain needs a website overhaul)

Minuscule bagel? I recieved two of the smallest bagels known to man and paid 8 dollars. L
Disappointed with this location. Have been a customer for 30 years. The bagels aren’t as good. The cream cheese wasn’t as fresh. And when i paid, the woman helping me admitted to not understanding math so she gave me less money back than she should have. I won't be returning anytime soon.

In the middle of Sunday and there is no bacon, there is no coffee. It’s better to stay closed.
