It's a coffee shop. A nice one. What sets it apart is the music. It appears that the chain has curated play lists that you can find on Spotify. We stream them at home and find them welcoming when we stop by for coffee and a bite after arriving from hundreds of miles away.

This is my go-to place for studying, and the drinks are always good. There are so few places around here with comfy seats to hang out and exist without feeling like you need to just drink and go. The staff here have always been very nice. Great atmosphere, great service, great food - definitely beats the Starbucks across the street. My only wish is that Caffe Nero had more interesting seasonal flavors, but sometimes, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
