Was sitting inside Cafe Nero with my daughter as we had just left CVS. We were figuring out what we wanted to order and the woman who was working came up to us and told us we had to leave, because there was no outside food allowed in the store. We had NO food. We each had a CVS bag. My bag had two boxes of hair dye and my daughter’s bag had a notebook and pencils. When we told her what was in the bags her reply was, “well no other bags from other stores are allowed in their place.” It was 95 degrees out and it felt like 104! Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. Will never ever step foot back in that location.

Ultra Mundane**
Lady on the counter was asking me questions about what I grabbed. I don’t know anything about the product. I’m assuming she should know more about it. Like… she works there and she gave me an attitude about not knowing the “codes”. Can’t you just scan the bag? Anyways she shouldn’t be working in customer service. Dark hair glasses young looking woman with an attitude. I don’t need that on my coffee. My cafe au lait was good but the service soured the experience. She didn’t even put my stuff in a bag, didn’t even offer a bag.

It's a coffee shop. A nice one. What sets it apart is the music. It appears that the chain has curated play lists that you can find on Spotify. We stream them at home and find them welcoming when we stop by for coffee and a bite after arriving from hundreds of miles away.
