Nasty person I couldnāt even talk I said what was wrong with my order because the āladyā kept interrupting me. She didnāt even give me a full refund. Just disgusting people.

The worst experience today at Dunkin in Winchester. I ordered cocoa mocha signature latte with oat milk all the time here. And today with the two guys, they made it all wrong three times. They argued that we ordered the wrong things. Are you serious? I ordered here for more than a year, it has never ever had any problems. Or even other Dunkin locations. If you donāt know what you are doing, please accept it and listening carefully what the customer orders. I finally tired of arguing. So I let without having anything.
I would give this Winchester, Massachusetts Dunkin' location 100 plus stars if given the option. This restaurant was very neat, clean and well-organized. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. The service was impeccable. And the quality of my drink and my friend's drink was top-notch. My large hot coffee was so tasty, delicious and served at the perfect temperature for a reasonable price. My friend's hot Matcha Latte was so amazingly tasty, delicious, and also served at the perfect temperature for a reasonable price. The cashier was very friendly, patient, efficient, and did an awesome job loading my Dunkin' card on my app, taking my order, and serving me. I was extremely impressed by this Dunkin' located in Winchester, Massachusetts.

Went into the Dunks for mini bagel bites and a couple iced coffees after our walk in the Fells. There was a pretty young guy at the counter that took our order and I wanted to order the White Hazelnut Bark iced coffee with almond milk. He asked me to repeat the order, I did, and I pointed at the ad behind him to show what I wanted and he asked "Iced Coffee"? I said yes, but the Hazelnut bark one. He said okay, took my fiancƩ's order and we paid. I checked the receipt and it looked like something wasn't; right. He apparently only types in iced coffee with no flavor for my fiancƩ's and mine just said iced coffee. When I asked if there was the white chocolate he insisted I wanted regular chocolate, and I said no, then only said chocolate. SMH idk, he then said "No White Chocolate", okay then. He made me an medium iced coffee with 1 shot of Hazelnut and 1 almond milk. Not right at all, I was pretty upset already I didn't want to have him remake it.I get if if you're new and don't understand but I pointed at what I wanted and he should have read back the order, but you need to listen and I don't want him to rush or get nervous with the order but may coffee legit tasted like an iced tea and even my fiancƩ thought so as well. She ordered a small iced coffee caramel raspberry regular but for some reason on the receipt it said "Small Iced Coffee" that is all. But I checked with him and they were out of caramel I guess so she only got the raspberry shot, regular.Next time, we're ordering on the app. That was ridiculous and that kid needs some more training.
