I had the worst experience today with the rudest manager. And I go there every morning. The morning ladies are amazing. I go there before I go to work. I love them. The service and the food that they make is awesome. On Saturdays, it is that one lady, she has dark brown hair, that is not the type of manager you want running your store. Rude, ignorant, nasty to her employees. Told me, to bad that's what you order, that's what you get. I also asked for my hash browns well done. They were gross and mushy. The blond lady, that broke her foot, I think is a manager, she is great. I ran a Dunkin Donuts in Burlington and I would never talk to my employees or customers like that. Not that these reviews change anything, but I was beyond bothered by her. She is lucky that I was in a rush!!!

I have lived in this area and gotten coffee more time than can count. I was extremely disappointed to see a sign at the order counter. It read 1.00 for cup of water (tap water) and dollar for cup of ice. How horrible a business practice do you have to be in these times you can't give a costumer water or an elderly person some icecubes to cool her coffee. To be honest it's not legal to sell tap water in a food establishment with seating in massachusetts. This is located in a high income neighborhood. Seems a bit sleazy.

The workers here hate their jobs, and they take it out on the customers. I work in the area and specifically drive out of my way to avoid this location. Go literally anywhere else
Worse experience ever in this location. Not customer service even though they made mistakes. They laughed and talk back about customers. Nasty person I couldn’t even talk I said what was wrong with my order because the “lady” kept interrupting me. She didn’t even give me a full refund. Just disgusting people.

The worst experience today at Dunkin in Winchester. I ordered cocoa mocha signature latte with oat milk all the time here. And today with the two guys, they made it all wrong three times. They argued that we ordered the wrong things. Are you serious? I ordered here for more than a year, it has never ever had any problems. Or even other Dunkin locations. If you don’t know what you are doing, please accept it and listening carefully what the customer orders. I finally tired of arguing. So I let without having anything.
