What a great first visit! Nicholas S. was absolutely wonderful – so attentive and kind throughout our meal. He patiently answered all our questions and was genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food itself was excellent, and Nicholas really added to the positive vibe. We'll definitely be back!

Karma is an amazing restaurant north of Boston. Rob, our server, was phenomenal and attentive. A must visit for anyone in the greater Boston area.

I really like Karma but it is expensive for what it is. The Mongolian beef is very good and the sushi is high quality. Some sections of the restaurant can be quite noisy. Since it is an upscale restaurant it is a great place to entertain folks from out of town. I recommend making dinner reservations.

Amazing food! They have such incredible take on their options and every bit was delicious. We went on a Friday night so it was extremely busy and loud. But food is great so definitely recommend visiting!

Had a date night with my wife. Ordered green scallion pancakes and veg spring rolls. Both of them tasted pretty good and we are picky eaters. Drinks were pretty decent as well

I had been eagerly anticipating trying this place out, but I must admit, I left quite disappointed. The service and ambiance are fantastic, but the food quality and taste simply don’t justify the price. Perhaps the sushi here is exceptional, which is why it received such glowing reviews. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any sushi, so I can’t comment on that aspect. In general, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and don’t plan on returning.

I have some dietary restrictions so I was offered a gluten free menu. The waitress seemed annoyed that she had to go get it and flung it at me. It was dinner time and it was busy but I still think it could've been placed in front of me or handed to me and not flung at me. I chose something from the gluten free menu and the waitress came back a few minutes later saying that the dish that I chose is not gluten free and cannot be made gluten free. It was my birthday so a manager brought us some nigiri on the house but that wasn't gluten free either. He did bring my dish out separately though which I do appreciate.
Amazing sushi. Do creative. Very cool decor.

The food was decent and bit pricey, but the drinks and service truly stood out. The staff was attentive and the beverage selection was impressive. I’d definitely return and recommend it to others

The service was excellent with our main server being amiable, courteous and knowledgeable. The lead person of the waitstaff also checked in in a friendly manner. My spring roles were delectable just enough crunch to be satisfying. And the dipping sauce was good. Also my order of low-main was good. I prefer it to be served a little hotter re temperature. Finally I order the Red Sox role of 8 pieces of sushi. It was advertised as spicy but was not spicy at all. Even the wasabi lacked the usual bite. And the 8 pieces were not that different from each other. Nevertheless the role was good overall. The decor is modern chic which I am ok with but not enthralled by. Finally I don’t like that electronic pop music and would prefer light classical,

Karma is my favorite sushi spot.I’ve always gone to the Burlington location, but I absolutely loved the Winchester one.
The atmosphere is cozy and beautiful—every detail in the decor is just perfect.
The food is delicious, and they have a great selection of drinks and wines.
I started with the Salmon on Fire appetizer, then had the Lemon Basil Maki for dinner along with another roll that had shrimp and mango (I can’t remember the name, but it was amazing!). Everything was fresh and full of flavor. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

We chose to visit this location based on our great experience at the Burlington branch, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed this time around. We came to celebrate my son’s end-of-year school results, hoping for a special meal, but the food and overall quality fell short.
The food arrived cold, and for the main dishes, the rice was brought out a full 10 minutes before the rest of the meal, sitting on the table while we waited. One of my favorite dishes from Burlington—the sizzling Mongolian dish—was neither sizzling nor warm, and the General Gao chicken was also lukewarm with barely five pieces in the serving.
Sadly, my family left feeling very disappointed and said they wouldn’t return to this location. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the consistency and quality across locations.
