Customer started yelling so then another customer knocked him out clean!!! It was the best thing I’ve ever seen ever. The employees started cheering and customers clapped alike. One of the baristas gave me my flat white on the house for world staring it. Good day! Good place! Good people!

Went there in the morning, seemed all chill except I selected “no tip” on their little iPad thingy, then guess what I get terrible coffee that tastes like cotton candy and watered down dirt, the coffee was so bad that I am forced to believe that it was on purpose. I know you may think “oh I’ll just stop over here because it’s the closest or maybe I’ll try Starbucks” no. Don’t let them get away with this mediocre corporate sadness and go somewhere else, drink your coffe at home or go to a place where they might actually give you real coffee.

It’s doesn’t matter if the coffee and the store itself are any good because the customer service is awful. There were three people working and I was the only person in the cafe but the person making my order started it, then decided to clean another coffee machine, then have a chat with another worker, and didn’t actually finish my flat white until I asked what was taking so long and why they were blatantly ignoring my order. Then another employee took over and apologized but it seemed they were fully aware of what was not right. It felt as though they got a kick out of it and were very patronizing. Perhaps they’re just bored teenagers or they decide how to deliver service based on how much you tip them. Who knows!? But it was very unpleasant, and I have always been a big fan and advocate of Starbucks. I don’t believe that this particular store is an honest and fair reflection of their other stores and their brand. This said, Starbucks should better train their staff on what great customer service looks like and spot when someone isn’t up for the challenge.

The employees at this store are very poor, and I won't come back to consume at this store. I ordered a cup of coffee online, but they only gave me about 70% of the quantity. I told them, they said in a strange way that we all do it this way. Why is there such a big gap between this store and Starbucks in Westford? It's so disgusting.

Late Sunday afternoon and I just came from a wake and I had a 2-hour drive back to Maine in the rain. I ordered my usual, grande Pikes hot with cream, and I gave myself a treat by ordering a couple chocolate chip cookies for the drive. That was one of the best cups of coffee I have had since I don’t know when. The store was prepping to close and the barista made me feel like she had all the time in world to prepare my order. That gesture and great food and drink made a big difference on that rainy evening drive back home, Thank you.

The update to this Starbucks has made it inefficient and unfriendly to people UNLESS they mobile order. It feels very corporate and there's no room to wait, no seating, and no bathroom. The wait is very long because they prioritize the mobile orders. The people themselves are friendly and upbeat, this is really a design problem. The same space and square footage was used for many years before and the vibes were fun and actually like a coffee shop should be.

Absolute worst experience of my life. Treated like dog 💩 when arrived no one even bothered to say hi when I walked in. Barista gave my friend a dirty look for not tipping then proceeded to give me a venti in a trenta cup. Highly disappointed do better.
