The update to this Starbucks has made it inefficient and unfriendly to people UNLESS they mobile order. It feels very corporate and there's no room to wait, no seating, and no bathroom. The wait is very long because they prioritize the mobile orders. The people themselves are friendly and upbeat, this is really a design problem. The same space and square footage was used for many years before and the vibes were fun and actually like a coffee shop should be.
Don't bother to order in-store. They are all on their phones ignoring you

Just to reiterate what has been said in other reviews (and I should have read) there is not a single seat in this place. If you think you're going to work here - you won't. It's a fine Starbucks for to go but sadly it's not a place you can stay.

They have the worst Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso I have ever taste. There is no layers and doesnât look like the website, they do like it is a bad latte. Just two or three people there know how to do it, the rest are just doing whatever.

Never like this place, but my fiance gets this dragon fruit drank with ice and has pieces of dragon fruit in it. Never really cared for it until one day I picked her up her drink and was thirsty, took a sip, and almost choked on it because it has these little pea size balls filled with I believe blueberry flavored juice OMG it was delicious I was hooked. FYI, the choking part was my own stupidity because had I asked her for a sip, she would have informed me about the little balls in it.

I was a frequent patron, but after today, will never return.An adult patron ordered a coffee and sat down in the window bench to charge his phone. A barista yelled at him from across the counter and asked what he was still waiting on. Patron stated he was charging his phone for a moment, to which the barista said his manager is watching, patron had to leave for both of their sakes, and recommended he go to Cafe Nero if he wanted a place to charge his phone. The barista was smug, rude, and condescending, but it was clear they were told to blame a âmanagerâ to make people leave.We donât need establishments like this in town.

Bad customer service ever! Two of the staffs are rude today, and they try to kick ppl out of the store.
They did all that renovation just to get rid of the tables and bathroom? Yikes. No thanks, Iâll go to their competition right across the street âŁïž

Walked in to sit and enjoy a few coffees and some snacks but saw there was absolutely not one table or chair. We left without purchasing anything. How unfortunate. Starbucks is screaming that they don't care at all anymore.They are disgustingly only concerned about themselves. Whether it's baristas simply not caring enough to make any drink I purchase the correct way, to offering no atmosphere or place to sit, Starbucks is forcing me to choose different options. And there are plenty.

First time in Starbucks, and certainly my last. My espresso barely covered the base of the cup, and I mean barely, and the pain au chocolate was about as far from being a delicious French snack as one could get. Cold, and maybe a little too long on the shelf.

Overpriced coffee rather make own at home go else where not impressed. Don't waste your money. Shop a u get better coffee and treats there are overpriced goods.

Absolute worst experience of my life. Treated like dog đ© when arrived no one even bothered to say hi when I walked in. Barista gave my friend a dirty look for not tipping then proceeded to give me a venti in a trenta cup. Highly disappointed do better.
