I have been dying to come here for a long time since seeing it online and looking at the mouthwatering photos. I finally went and bought a ton of stuff. A bunch of different muffins and some cookies. Unfortunately I’m left very disappointed from my experience. The person working there was not very friendly. Which I would even accept if the pastries were worthwhile. But they really were not! They look amazing but when I got home and tasted them… everything was very mediocre and SO extremely sweet! I love desserts, but these cookies and muffins were unbelievably sweet and overloaded with sugar. It was inedible. I tried multiple different items and they all were too sweet. Tried to scrape the heavily covered frosting on the carrot cake muffin off, but the muffin was still way too sweet and I ended up throwing out pretty much everything and have had a horrible stomach ache ever since tonight. I’ve never gotten a stomach ache from any bakery or pastry before. I also agree with the review of someone else that the muffins are so misleading. The muffin top is huge but the bottom in the wrapper is very small and ridiculous. I will definitely not return and wish I could get my money back because I spent a lot and had to throw out most of it since it was so inedible.

Stopped in and grabbed 4 muffins. They were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The carrot cake was delicious, I just wish they had no walnuts, (personal preference) but still AMAZING!

What a cute spot. At first, I thought it was a real construction company, but quickly discovered it was full of treats. Purchased a gingerbread cookie kit to do with my Grandmother who had just gotten out of Winchester hospital. The kit included frosting and decoration supplies, and we loved designing each cookie (and they were tasty too!). Worth the stop.

The only place with brewed pumpkin coffee in the area at Halloween. Then they switched to gingerbread and it made the holiday season right! The houses are classic and bring back childhood memories. The staff is amazing and so friendly. AND they sell Snoopy plushies!! You can't get any better than that!!

I will NEVER use this company again. They've messed up my gingerbread house order now for two years in a row. They apparently cannot handle an order that ships to one zip code yet gets billed to another, but that can't be an uncommon situation for a company where a grandparent in one zip code may send a gingerbread house to a child or grandchild in another zip code. But both years they put the order through a SECOND TIME when I tried to correct it. I ended up paying over $230 for a $79.99 gingerbread house. Plus more than $70 for two day air shipping, even though they said the second order got FREE ground shipping yet arrived only a day later If it ever arrived at all. My daughter never said she received two gingerbread houses.

I tried to do something nice for my daughter and grandchildren, but this company will surely blow your budget out of the water if you try. I'll NEVER deal with them again!

Last year my credit card company put a faud alert on my card and I could not buy groceries or gas or anything thind else until I straightened this out. If you value having control over your finances, do NOT deal with this company. It's not worth it.

I always come here for their delicious variety of muffins, the great selection of flavored coffees and fun and festive items. The employees are always pleasant and welcoming and offer great customer service.

Their muffins are the best! Moist, flavorful, and not too sweet. My favorites are their lemon-poppy, blueberry, and corn muffin. You can pre-order online to make sure they don’t run out of their popular flavors before you get there. Staff was efficient and friendly.

The muffins are delicious, coffee is mediocre, service is awful! Rude staff, especially the bratty teenagers and adults who work there. Their mannerism is awful, you’re in the customer service business ladies, let’s not be rude to paying customers who tip as well!

Super soft and fluffy muffins.

Stopped by after a walk in the Middlesex Fells Reservation nearby. There aren’t many bakeries or coffee shops in the area, and one of my colleagues from Medford had mentioned this place for its muffins. We came in the afternoon, and most of the muffin flavors were already gone, but we still managed to grab the Gingerbread, Birthday Cake, Strawberry Shortcake, and Chocolate Dreams.

Nothing mind-blowing, but for $13.25 for four muffins with buttercream fillings, it felt like a solid deal. Most were filled with French buttercream, which I obviously prefer over American, so they paired well with the light, fluffy muffin base. My favorites were the Strawberry Shortcake and the Gingerbread, and I’ll definitely come back to try the Boston Cream next time.

Food was mediocre, but the staff was rude and it felt more like a gift shop than a bakery. The store literally had more little ornaments and souvenirs than actual food.

My child accidentally dropped a small glass bead while we were waiting and they asked us to pay for the entire tree it was on. We did so as a matter of principle and because it is a local business, but felt very taken advantage of and will not be returning or recommending it to anyone.
