I’ve loved this place since I was a little girl and the recipe has been the same, from what I can tell, this whole time. Their sugar cookies are the best in the world I’ve NEVER tried sugar cookies that measure up. However I have one suggestion! Please stop using the heavily dyed sugar Crystal sprinkles on top of the sugar cookies. Not because I’m anti dye or anything; it’s because it stains really badly. And the stain lasts forever on my lips. I’ve essentially had to take a Brillo pad to my lips so I don’t walk out of the house looking like I’m wearing green lipstick!! Don’t get me wrong I love the crunch of the sugar crystals on top- I just wish there was a clear non dyed option so I can enjoy these cookies without looking funny afterwards lol.

It was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, the staff was quite short and rude. At checkout, I requested a small box, even offering to pay for it, but they flat-out refused without explanation. The interaction felt unnecessarily unpleasant, not just for me but for others in line as well. With so many other options nearby, I hope they reconsider how they engage with customers.

I love this place! I’ve been coming here since I was young and their muffins have stood the test of time. My family is religiously dedicated to the filled muffins- specifically the chocolate mousse and the gingerbread muffins. When I tell you the gingerbread is the muffin of my dreams, I’m not exaggerating! Warming them up makes for the most delicious, nostalgic, Christmas-tasting treat! I get them to eat for dessert, as they’re a bit much for breakfast, but the blueberry and other more “classic” muffins are good breakfast options! They also have different coffee flavors and a huge gift shop variety of different cards, stuffed animals, and other trinkets. I think I’ll have to get myself a branded sweatshirt next time I visit!

I've been going there for quite sometime.

Today, I decided to bump down raitings as I just ran into very two mean ladies working there. I asked for boxes for my 2 muffins and cookies as I am taking this as a gift. They were like, "we don't have one. I can't give you one. It's a property of the company!" I asked, and they were like we don't have one! " and gave me the face.

Upon insisting, they gave me individual muffins box for a charge, which means the boxes EXISTED! Why couldn't they be more sincere and offer that option in the first place if they had it?

High end baked goods priced accordingly. Muffins weigh more and are bigger than a baseball. My only issue is there's too much frosting on the muffins that get it. A ganache on the Boston Creme would be better than frosting. I threw my muffin top away and ate the rest. Too sweet. Very nice quality products. Company has been around a long time.

Parking: Just a few spots facing building. The earlier the better.

I was going there everyday for coffee. Today the girl didn't fill my $3.00 coffee. Another time I asked for black and another girl put some cream in and realized, but gave it to me anyway. I won't be back and will let friends know.

Food is wonderful. Customer service skills suck.. all the women that work there are miserable ? ya go in with a smile on ya face ask for what you want and get treated like there annoyed to grab your stuff. Rolling eyes when you ask what kind of muffin this is or that. But it won't stop me from getting muffins when I'm in the area.

Best muffins I've ever had! Especially the carrot cake one ? they're huge so we save visits here for special occasions, such a treat!

YUM! I was a little overwhelmed with all the options, so my brain completely forgot to get a pumpkin raisin. Oh well, looks like I’ll just have to go back!
