“Left another place to come here because the customer service was bad. What a 180. Citizen staff was friendly, great w/suggestions and helped secure me a seat at their busy bar. Had two great cocktails and a delicious pepper seared filet. Well done Citizen Pub!! I will be back!“

“Visited this cool bar with friends to kick off our Boston visit after coming up on the train. Appreciated the flexibility in the whiskey flights, and the cocktails were strong. I think we just came on the wrong night, as the DJ was impressively loud and set up right next to the bar so we couldn't hear each other. Would come back on a chiller evening.“

“We had a large gathering there with over 50 people in attendance. The staff was very attentive, the food was great and the owner very accommodating. I want to go back soon!“

“For a bar in a hotel, their food was surprisingly good. Henrietta’s was already closed and we didn’t want to leave the hotel on a staycation so we tried out the food at Noir and were pleasantly surprised. The blistered tomato flatbread was an explosion of flavors. Their chocolate cake was equally good. We also got some olives, cod cake and tofu buns, which again were pretty decent. We’re not usually a hotel restaurant/bar person but this one we’d gladly keep making exceptions for.“

“The service, patrons and food were all outstanding. Truly a place you can sit at the bar and make new friends.
I ordered the lobster roll, the famous Parker House rolls and the Boston Cream Pie Martini and loved every bit of it!“

“We love this style of Asian fusion cuisine so we came by for dinner and were not disappointed. Staff are helpful, attentive, and super friendly. The cocktails are great, and the food was incredible. It's a higher end spot in a wealthy area so you have to expect costs to reflect that.“
