Blackstrap is my GO TO for bbq, neighborhood vibes, live music, darts, etc. The staff is so fun, the food and drinks are amazing, it’s comfortable and chill but you still get great service and food/drink. The owners are super hands on and always there, and are such nice and cool people. Definitely recommend, especially for their live music nights! Nothing else like it around here!
Amazing service food was great. Tim made me and my husband feel like we were right at home and we'll definitely be coming back. Was such a great tasty and fun experience.

Unbelievable barbecue in Winthrop, what a fantastic place! I was served by Melissa, who is an absolute slice of heaven, just a delight! Being from Ireland myself, I was so impressed by the perfect pour on a pint of Guinness here, not something you’d expect from a bbq place but they really have a lovely pint of Guinness! The food was just incredible, probably the best barbecue I’ve ever had in my life. I was fortunate to meet the owner, Chris, who runs a really lovely neighborhood...
