I've been a loyal and avid customer for 30 years. Here's why: There is valet parking, you are always greeted by friendly people, in 30 years I have never, and I honestly mean this, had a bad meal at Winthrop Arms Restaurant. Everything was good, we had a booth which was asked for during booking. Service was a little slow but we wanted to be at dinner a little longer, we definitely weren't rushed. The problem was when I was placing my food in the to go container, at the bottom of my bowl was a butter wrapper?? Whose butter wrapper, I don't know??? They need to be more aware in their kitchen.
