I've been a loyal and avid customer for 30 years. Everything was good, we had a booth which was asked for during booking. Service was a little slow but we wanted to be at dinner a little longer, we definitely weren't rushed. The problem was when I was placing my food in the to go container, at the bottom of my bowl was a butter wrapper?? Whose butter wrapper, I don't know??? They need to be more aware in their kitchen. We celebrated a birthday, it was a perfect place to have it. The food was delicious, one of my favorite places to dine. The waiters staff was excellent, very accommodating when I brought a cake. They put candles on and sang happy birthday. I would definitely recommend Winthrop Arms to dine at.
