the food was cold, the waitress was poorly trained. I was very disappointed, the place looked very appealing.

Placed two orders for the carbonara linguini. I'm 50 years old, Italian, been eating this for most of my life. I know exactly how it should taste. What was given to me were glorified, pricey noodles that didn't even have a hint of carbonara flavor. Not even remotely close. The chef said well that's the way we do it here. I said well you're doing it wrong. No flavored, bland noodles are not carbonara. Do yourself a favor, learn from an Italian because you are not. Or, head up to Rossettis and try their carbonara. Do you even taste the food you put out? The next time I'll make it myself or get it from Rossettis. I wouldn't dare order your fettuccini Alfredo, probably bland as well.

This is a great neighborhood go to place. Our favorite are the tortellini and the raviolis. We've also regularly order the chicken Caesar salad. the subs are also delicious. Can't beat the prices here.

Terrible service. I ordered carryout and waited 35 minutes for mussels I was told would take 15 or 20. When I arrived after 20, I was told "almost ready". I waited outside in the cold with my dogs for 15 minutes within clear sight of their large windows. Nothing. I went in at 35 minutes to hear "almost ready", again. How is this possible? The place was empty and there were several employees on shift, some idle. I said it's too long and not was I was told, cancel it, no thank you, went outside, untied my dogs and walked down the street. was 100+ feet away when he came out and yelled down the sidewalk that they're ready. I repeated my complaint. He said they'd been ready the whole time, he just "didn't see them" yet he'd looked at the kitchen when I was inside, complaining. I don't want cold mussels nor customer service like this. No I'm sorry or a discount or a freebie as he yelled at me belatedly down the street. Maybe they were neglectful and rude because I'm a single gray haired lady who ordered for one. I don't know. Will not be back to this longstanding Winthrop institution who was great way back when. There are too many good Italian restaurants in this town for that disrespect.

Came in with a group of 8 including 2 teens & 2 younger children & everyone loved it. We enjoyed caprese salad, pasta with meatballs, chicken parm, eggplant parm, chicken ziti broccoli & steak tips. All were delicious. Excellent desserts too. Service was friendly and prompt. Definitely recommend!

I will never be going back! This place made my friend cry and made her have breakdown while in the restaurant, the employees yelled at her for it! Our sever was nice but the rest of the people were horrible. When we left the place my friend forgot something so we went back in to get it, they refused to give it back and when my friend needed to get something from it to resolve a issue they went through it and got it for her! THEY WENT THROUGH IT! Also it was my friends birthday and they made us pay for the birthday desert in which we didn't know of! My family and her family will never go back here! Horrible experience and it's a shame because the food was decent

Awesome food and service! We had a caterer who failed to deliver the food for 30 young athletes and we called D’Parma at the last minute. They had Chicken Parmigiana and Chicken Alfredo with bread and salad ready in 30 minutes! And not only that they were 60% less than the lousy caterer! Food was hot and delicious!

I've been dining here for 20 years. This is the first bad meal I've ever had. My friend and I came in for a late lunch. We ordered the prosciutto as an appetizer and it was excellent. I had the chicken spinach special and my friend ordered the chicken broccoli ziti. My chicken was over cooked and the sauce was watery. My friend had the same complaint about his sauce. Our waiter didn't come and check in to see if we were enjoying our meals. I know none of the regular staff were working so I'm assuming they are using new staff. Hopefully they get their act together soon.
