Don’t bother going in the afternoon, the staffs more interested in chatting with their friends coming in to visit than serving customers.

I have been a regular for many years, average time 5:45am arrival. Opens at 5:00am, NEVER have muffins ready at that time! Last month all employees have changed, nobody seems to be in the CS mode. I order on the Mobil app from 3 miles away, and my order is NEVER ready when I arrive, and it is not due to customer workload. I believe it is time to find a new morning stop, today only had old coffee cake muffins available, and when I arrived two employees shooting the sh*t and had not even started to make my drink I ordered 5 minutes prior, NOBODY IN STORE!!! I think the Owner, GM, and Manager need to get a game plan together, this location has gone downhill fast! AS FAR AS DUNKIN CORPORATE, PUT AN ASSORTMENT OF MUFFINS ON THE MOBIL APP, I HAVE ASKED, CALLED, TWITTERED ETC. FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS, I DONT WANT BLUEBERRY OR COFFEE CAKE THE ONLY TWO OPTIONS ON THE APP!

Food was well done. The staff was very friendly. She made a mistake with my order but quickly fixed it. When there was no line, the cashier came out to clean, sweep, and mop and interacted with us while we sat in the dining area. This dunkin was a little above the rest.

Ordered $6 meal deal and got decaf medium coffee and didn’t understand English very disappointed and mad because I wanted my bacon egg and cheese and my hash browns too. Tried to complain and get a refund and acted clueless 1 star review never coming again

I am a loyal customer of this dunkin every day. I order i medium strawberry refresher with green tea almost every day. The past couple days my refresher has tasted like coffee. I am upset because it makes my day getting that drink, and it tasting like coffee makes me throw it away because it is repulsive. I think the drinks are being mixed with the other tap drinks ? please explain .

I was there Friday October 27th at about 5:15pm and I can most definitely say this was the worst experience I have ever had in a Dunkin Donuts. When I walked in there was a man walking out and he said "Good Luck". I went in and the line was 6 deep with one girl on the registers and another just walking around occasionally moving cups around. The girl on the registers was on her phone and had to ask every patron several times what they wanted. People in the line were yelling for her to get off the phone but she did not. When I finally made it up to the registers (about 14 minutes after I walked in) I myself had to tell her 5 times what I ordered and had to repeat how I wanted my coffee 4 times. She remained on her cell phone the entire time and I could hear a woman on the other end of the phone talking loudly. I told her she should not be on the phone like that but she just said sorry and kept the phone on. In the end she got my coffee wrong (added WAAAY too much sugar) and gave me the wrong donut (asked for pumpkin got blueberry). I will never go back to this DD again. Whoever owns this place needs to do something about their employees. This was just a nightmare.

I frequent this location quite a bit. The afternoon/nighttime staff is MUCH better, more knowledgeable, more attentive and speaks better English. (c'mon, it definitely matters)
