It is ALWAYS something with this store. Whether you order in advanced on the app or when you get there they are always messing up my order and taking forever. I ordered online today and 20m later it is still not ready. They gave me my food, but then looked confused when I asked about my drinks. I live right next to this location and have been going to the one on Bennington instead, but they suck too!

This has to be the WORST Dunkin' there is! Its so worth the trip of going to the East Boston Dunkin' ALWAYS mess up your online order. I was actually given the wrong order the other day, but my name was on the order on the bag. Once I noticed I had to go all the way back & wait in line yet again. They acted so confused what I was trying to tell them. I do not know if its a language barrier or what, but they are the worse. I feel they're only still around because it's a drive thru out of Winthrop. Any person out there trying to have a successful lucrative business, try to find space on your way towards Orient Heights and watch how successful you will be. Maybe my review will influence them to do better-but for now I recommend you go to another Dunkn' Orient Heights has a drive thru also. Good Luck

I’ve came in here a few times and they have ripped me off many of times first time they gave wrong order to my friend when I did mobile order and then they never replaced after manager said after she callled me saying they would take care of me I finally made it back here a month later they never took care of me then the last couple of times they never finished taking the order right today they only gave our food order and finally I spoke up and said give us our coffee this is rediculous this place needs to be shut down or better staff that does their job right

They won’t let paying customers use their bathroom. They told me I need to go to the gas station because their bathroom isn’t clean.

It’s 3:30pm on a Saturday and waited in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes. There was only one person working. Found out it was because of the way the manager did the schedule. If the manager does not do the schedule correct he or she should go and help that poor guy out or be fired. No way to run a business. Also half of their menu board has been off for over two weeks.

Good people but need to be retrained by an outside source. (Ex dunks employee here) they gave me a small cup trying to convince me it’s a medium cup. (Again, ex- dunks employee here.) Don’t understand how to pour whip crème or use machines. The food tends to be a hit or
Miss. It’s as if they’re scared to do more..? it’s been happening for a couple weeks now and figured to let it slide cause they’re new but at this point. - you should have it down, that job is not rocket science. Again good people but they don’t know how to do the basic job functions

Absolutely the worst help ever! Half of them don’t understand English! Ask for light coffee and you think you asked for black. Revere St is a better option.

Horrible staff’s unprofessional they will repeat the coffee back to you and still make it wrong. They told me they had no munchkins or donuts left when I went through the drive thru, which was a regular occurrence. The one time I go in after they messed up my coffee and told me there were no munchkins or donuts, I look at the bakers rack and there’s a mountain of munchkins and a few donuts. Do yourself a favor and go to revere st dunks much better staff and always stocked.

THEY LIED ABOUT HAVING DONUTS!! We were told they had no munchkins nor donuts but of course they messed up our coffees forcing us to go back and go inside to get our order correct and wouldn’t you know inside on display were munchkins and donuts!!!! My advice DO NOT GO HERE waste of money and your time!!!
