This store should know how to make a correct order that wasn’t ours from the first place. They should have people there who are professional and know what they’re doing. I wanted a coffee and a sandwich but they charged me for someone else’s order. Do not go to this store at all, they’ll charge you and screw you over. One is too good for this, I’d give this 1/2 a star or a zero

Consistent coffee. Constant service. I opt for this location because of speedy service.Parking: Often the drive through has a wait so I opt for order ahead and run inside to pickup my order. They always have a few parking spots available to make my dublin run speedy! I pick this spot because I can make it a quick trip on the way to work ?
I mean... it does the trick, but this is most definitely not the best coffee. Sorry east coasters. I ordered some donuts (which are good btw), a pumpkin coffee, and avocado toast (which was a joke). They're definitely less expensive than the mermaid coffee place, but it's not even really a comparison with flavor and quality.
Just had a terrible experience at this location. I pulled up in the drive through to place my order. The lady took forever to come on the intercom. I ended up having to repeat my order multiple times and then she still couldn't understand me (I believe she was Arabic and there was definitely a language barrier). She asked me to drive to the window where she again asked me to repeat my order a few times. Finally she still couldn't understand me and got her co-worker to try to help. He came and asked for my order again. Finally after waiting long time, I got my food, only to find it cold (I had ordered a warm item) and the order was incorrect. The original Arabic girl was the one to give my order to me - she had a MASSIVE attitude throughout the interaction. This place really sucks.

This Winthrop location is a bit shady to say the least - said latte was unavailable due to broken coffee machine after taking my order then refused to cancel part/whole order and instead forced me to get alternate items in exchange. Additionally she "forgot" to bag another item I ordered, but gave it later after I pointed it out. Haven't had such issues at other DD locations.

This is the worst Dunkin' donuts for service in this whole area. ! Every single time we go there whether we go inside or through the drive-through, it takes forever, and at least half the time they dont get the order correct. It's terrible! Even if you're the only person in line, It takes forever and there are 3 people standing around. The people are all very nice but it is NOT fast food! We now go to Bennington or the airport even If it takes a few extra minutes.
