Piccolo Piatti/Pomona Cafe & Wine Bar

I unfortunately can no longer recommend this restaurant. My partner and I have been coming here for years now, and have seen a drastic decline in overall quality over the last year.
The last four times we’ve gone here, our orders have been incorrect and the service has been poor. Initially, I brushed off the mistakes with our orders, as I recognize that everywhere has bad days. It became consistent; orders came out incorrect, menu items were unavailable, dishes would come out missing key ingredients.
Wait staff are inattentive; don’t check in on tables, wait 30+ minutes to bring check after meals have been finished.
The atmosphere is nice, dining room has beautiful natural light, ample space between tables.

Best cappuccino in town in my opinion. Service is always friendly. A very enjoyable place to come for a quick visit or if you are in need of a great meal. Highly recommend if you have not tried it. You will not be disappointed. I have frequented many times in the last few years.

I went tonight for my first time and loved it. We usually goto the antique table but they are closed due to renovations. Our server he was so respectful,nice and funny. He made you feel at home. Very relaxing,you’re not rushed. We really enjoyed it. We will be back.

This was my first visit to this particular restaurant. The food was very good. I love fresh pasta in this place did not disappoint. But wait staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Too many times I show up during business hours to find the store closed. Hire staff that shows up on time or open the store later

The service is outstanding, it was the highlight of our visit. Friendly and warm staff that make you feel cared for, and like they are glad you are there. Not a usual review I give to a restaurant, but it was a special experience. The manager even let me twist his arm to visit their new rescue pup that was on property during our meal. Great food and cocktails too. We enjoyed the intimate patio seating and had a lovey evening at Piccolo.

The place is great, and the location reminisces of Europe,however, service was super slow, and in turn, our food was cold and melted. I will go back and try it again.

Our first experience here was via a grub hub order. We ordered three pasta dishes. The receipt shows three different orders; 2 fettuccine and one ziti dish. The order arrived and only two of the dishes came with pasta. We called and were told one of the dishes is an appetizer with no pasta but we were given the option to order it as an entree with pasta- hence the “fettuccine, fettuccine, ziti” on the receipt.

The person who answered the phone, Emilio, said he would give us the pasta as a courtesy but we would have to go pick it up. There is a reason we ordered delivery, we are unable to pick up at this time.

Emilio did not care. He gave us a “sorry” and sent us on our way

It's been a while ordering from here, the last two times the orders were incorrect. Decided to try again, ordered (two) Salmon bowls. $36. Menu says rice, mixed greens, red onions and pico de gallo. Order came without onions and pico de gallo. Called and complained and was not happy with the non-helpful response. The food we did recieve was good.
Update: after the phone call, Piccolo did resolve the issue. We are happy and look forward to tasting more selections on their menu. Thank You!

Always past by and the beauty of the place cat my eye all the time but just recently have the chance to visit, I loved it nice people very comfy place food good and fast service. Can’t wait to go back
