love the staff here, love the food. Never got a bad breakfast from this spot. Other coffee spots in New England can't hold a candle to Jac's, I don't care how many donuts they sell! Jac's has muffins, bagels, breakfast burritos, French toast & a ton more. When you see the line to the door, you'll know why everyone keeps coming back. Try the sporkie, my personal favorite there.

The lady who cashed me out was very nice, however i watched multiple employees touching food cooked and uncooked bare hands no washing in between. No gloves anywhere in sight. Absolutely disgusting. Most defiantly a health concern. Nice people. Terrible hygiene. Clearly nobody at this establishment is serve safe certified.

The breakfast potatoes ARE TO DIE FOR!!!! I have never in my life eaten potatoes that good! The French toast is outstanding as well! This is a MUST if u are in the area! I couldn't believe how cheap the prices were either. The coffee is great, listen EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! The only thing is beware that there isn't much seating and A LOT of people so be ready to take to go. The food is so good I don't even care, I'd eat it standing on the curb. Don't miss this place!

We are so glad that we found Jac's!! We live on the edge of Winthrop and East Boston and make the walk to Jac's every Saturday for a breakfast burrito. Also, if you need something sweet on Saturday, they have the BEST cinnamon rolls. We will continue to support Jac's for the great food and great people working at the restaurant.

The BEST BREAKFAST in Winthrop! Could use a bigger sitting area but the food is so great- all ingredients are fresh and quality! No precooked bacon or eggs in a carton- huge variety of homemade fresh breads & muffins- if you haven't gone here yet, you're missing out¡! Oh- and the prices! I thought they made a mistake! I had a full breakfast- eggs, meat- bagel and it wasn't even $7! But bring cash bc they don't accept credit or debit yet!
