Ordered Togo from here and threw more than half of it away after a bite. Nothing we had was good, and they made me easily the worst chicken parm sandwich I’ve had to date. Rubbery chicken, sad bread, terrible sauce. Threw it in the trash without swallowing the first bite. Eating in, because they have a bar, i discovered the food when fresh was also pretty bad. Beer was cold.

The only reason I gave this place three stars instead of four was because they had a very poor selection of beer and bourbon. It looked like most of the taps were not working and they didn’t have a Sam Boston or a Heineken. I ended up getting a Corona light. Light beers aren’t my thing so I ended up switching to Maker’s Mark rocks. Other than a poor beer selection the place is very nicely decorated and the lady who waited on me could not have been nicer. I’ve had the pizza there in the past and I found it to be very nice. I’ve also had the meatballs and they were awesome! The burgers are also good. I know it’s tough for businesses to keep inventory on hand given the situation with the pandemic so I will definitely go back to JW‘s again. On this particular Sunday around two in the afternoon I was the only customer in the place. No place is making money that way. If you live in the area I suggest you support this local establishment.

We were there last a couple of years ago and really unimpressed. Surprise! My wife was bored today and said let's try JW's. So we did. They had the best empanadas I ever tasted - they had onions in them and that makes them special. The Oysters were outstanding (my wife loves good oysters raw so this is from her - I think they are snots unless fried) and we also had great calamari and buffalo wings with our cocktails. A big YES to JW's - they are once again really good! And the server was also really good - never saw her until we needed her and immediately she appeared. We'll go back soon!

Nice experience at JW's. Large comfy bar nice bartenders. Good burger and caesar salad with grilled chic. Flatbread marg pizza was fair. Lacked spices. Atmosphere could use some work. But we will be back.
