The food and desserts are excellent but for the love of God, when someone orders a frap through a delivery service (door dash, Uber eats etc) PUT A STRAW IN THE BAG!!!!!!

I ordered a few cups of ice cream for delivery around 730pm. Was told delivery was going to arrive between 830-845pm. I called around 850pm and was told they were backed up and the driver just got back to the store and my order was going out. I then received a text message at 901pm stating that my order was delivered. I went outside and saw nothing. Figured the order was out for delivery. I called the store at 945pm and was told that the driver rang my doorbell and that no one answered so they left. I have a ring doorbell with motion activation. No one showed up at all. 2+ hours and I decided to cancel my order. Waiting for my refund.

We have been getting ice cream and raspberry lime Rickey’s from here delivered on uber eats and picking up in store for the past two years and it’s always been an amazing experience. We won’t go anywhere else!! The staff is very friendly and the owner is the sweetest! They even have pup cups which our dog loves so much. 10/10 recommend this place.

It used to be my favorite place, my favorite ice cream, I pay more than 20 dollars once a week to get Uber eats from this place because I don’t drive so I can’t get there, but lately they keep forgetting my sides or giving a funny portion. So sad to say bye to this place but it’s not worth it paying that amount to not get the right thing. Picture is a side of strawberries that is almost 2 dollars for 4 pieces of strawberries?when I literally put in the request: please don’t forget my side.
