My Dad and I went there last night for the king cut prime rib. There was a 40 minute wait which wasn’t exactly ideal, especially since they said they don’t take reservations when I called earlier in the week. Ah well, it happens.
The prime rib was good, but for $42 it shouldn’t have been half fat and a giant bone. Still very tasty tho. The sides were very good, service was good, I would go there again but would get something else to eat. Beers were ice cold and atmosphere...
The food is always great at Liston’s. We went tonight for drinks, an app and entrees (perfect dirty martinis, soup on a chilly night, fish cakes and low carb chicken parm). Shenna was wonderful. She was very accommodating, personable and friendly. It is refreshing to have a sever who cares. We are lucky to have a great local spot like this in the hilltowns.
