If you’re looking for a place to sit and rest: this is NOT it. There are no tables indoors (and it’s below freezing outside).
As a disabled person, I can’t carry a drink and walk with my walker at the same time, and I came this far expecting to sit and rest. I was very sad there were no tables. I sat on my walker seat and sipped.
No one told me to leave so there’s that, but I didn’t get to linger and play my game and rest as I had hoped.
I hope they change this or that the outlet gets a sit-in cafe at some point. It’s a bit odd to have so much space empty and not a single table or chair!

This was one of the worst café experiences I’ve had during my time in the U.S. I purchased several items. One item was missing entirely, and another item was incorrect. When I tried to clarify, the staff were not helpful and showed a very unfriendly attitude instead of taking responsibility.
The worst part is that there are very limited coffee options at Wrentham Outlets, which makes experiences like this even more disappointing. Customers should not be treated this way, especially when mistakes are clearly on the service side.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. I strongly hope a better coffee option replaces this place in the future.

I ordered the lemonade, and let me tell you it was disgusting. As I was in line I was noticing the employees walking around doing there job, and then when I order my lemonade they use tap water from the sink to fill up my lemonade, when they gave it to me I saw few black dots in my drink, it was either a small bug or mold from the sink, and then as I'm talking with the employee about my moldy/bug infested drink. I felt something run across my foot and it was a mouse, and the customer service was horrible. While I was there I got moldy tap water, mice running on my shoes, and horrible customer service. I don't think anything else horrible could've happened. This place needs to be shut down it was extremely dirty as well.

20 minutes before closing they shut down the espresso and ice coffee stations. Place was disgustingly dirty anyway, trash all over the floor. Guess they just want a fast exit

Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the coffee or the muffin. The coffee didn’t really taste like coffee, and the muffin wasn’t fresh. However, the female staff member who greeted us was incredibly friendly and kind. The service was excellent. I wouldn’t return, but the shop is definitely lucky to have such great staff!

Clearly stressed out staff who barely take a breath when talking to you… are people who shop this mall biting their head off for the smallest slight or is management a bear or both?
Cold brew and chai latte are on par with a gas station coffee shop except most of the people in line are wearing fancy name brand clothes and have designer dogs. I genuinely can’t believe it’s somehow worse than the most common of coffee chains.
Pretty standard coffee shop, nothing really good or bad just ok.

I work in the outlets so I went to aroma joes today to get their new peppermint bark latte. It started out well as the girl on register greeted me will a smile and lots of energy. I didn’t get a chance to get her name but she wears all black with a bunch of piercings, super sweet girl. After that it went all downhill from there. As I was waiting for my drink you can see how disorganized not only the other workers are but the store itself. Their workspace was completely a mess and I only saw that same girl cleaning up after everyone. No one knew how to make the drinks properly, no one knew what went where, just pure chaos. It was so bad that I had to text my manager that I was gonna be late. This just reminded me why I only come in on the weekday mornings when the two girls are working.
