Honestly, I’ve never left a review before but my experience with an employee named Chris at Auntie Anne’s was so bad I had to. Chris had the worst attitude I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. I asked a simple question about the menu and he acted super annoyed, like I was wasting his time. He rolled his eyes at me, and was rude when I ordered. I’m 25, I’ve worked in food service before—I get that it’s not always fun, but there’s no excuse to treat customers like that. It completely ruined the visit, and honestly, I won’t be coming back to this location if that’s how employees act.

I was so disappointed. Got half way through my pretzel bites to find a hair was cooked into it. Not sure how it nobody saw it before putting them into the cup as the cup was practically empty. Wrote to complain and couldn't do a refund, yet I emailed within an hour of leaving. I found it on my way home! Was told money was sent but I never saw it, my mail is in a locked mail box. We now refuse to go. Also no where to sit and enjoy our food as seats were all covered. Also order was wrong but after the third time asking for the correct sauce I shook my head and left.

Went in to get a small pretzel dog, was told I can only get a large and it would take 15 minutes for a small. Went back in 20 minutes and was told the same thing. At this point I realize they only want to sell the large pretzel dogs! Why even have it on the menu if you not going to sell it? Why lie and say 15 minutes? Why not just put some that’s already made in a small size cup for sale? Makes no sense. They make the pretzel dogs and put all of them in large cups. RIP OFF!!!! Can’t wait for y’all go to out of business!

Carelessly team here, it’s ALWAYS 20 minutes and when you get there - “we sold out” or “we never made them, it’ll take about 20 mins”.

Went in had almost no food available, wanted the smaller cup was told they didn’t have them. Total came to $16.97 had a $25 dollar gift card they had us swipe 3 times said, approved and think we were still going to pay $8, walked out no food and told them we were calling customer service to get our gift card $25 dollars back. Poor service, manager was getting testy with us the customer where they are the one that don’t know what they are doing

Stopped by on the way home from a trip to the Cape on a Sunday (11/10/24) and they closed early. It was two teenagers working and maybe 20 minutes of 6pm. And dont get me wrong, I totally get wanting to get cleaned up and home asap as a fellow teen, but they were just so rude. And you could absolutely tell that they'd been packed up for a while, since they were already completely done with cleaning and got rid of everything. If I were a manager or owner at this location, I would've been absolutely pissed.

I love Auntie Anne's, but this is the worst location in the chain by far. Glacial and poor service. The pretzels are often cold by the time you are served. And I've seen them drop cups on the ground and give those to customers.

Worst experience I have had I called an hour before they closed and canceled my order and will not give a refund they said I canceled but I have a email saying they canceled I will never go there again !!
