I really like Auntie Anne’s in general, but they never have any pretzels, I have been there 4 different times recently and they were out of the pretzel that I had wanted, I just went today and they had run out of every single pretzel, maybe stock a little better since they seem to always be doing well enough to sell out of pretzels. I don’t personally have 20 minutes to wait for you to always be making them after I ask for one.

Store was busy, but the staff did their best to keep up and stay positive. Food was fresh and tasty. Only negative was the staff shouting at people to keep the door closed.

Placed our order with the cashier, he was very confused with every item we placed. Half the order came out quick. Then the fun begins, we waited 20 min and about 30 people later, the cashier came over 4 times asking us what we want? It was like 51st dates. Finally got our order and it was wrong and burnt. My family had the privilege of eating their food in line.

They are not open at 10am. The workers get there at 10am. I was told to wait 10mins. Came back to order and was told I had to wait another 5 mins because “we just opened!” Every other food place gets there early and serves food when they say they are opened. I left

Auntie Anne’s - my daughter’s favourite place for pretzels. But what an unpleasant experience at the Wrentham Outlet mall in Massachusetts . The crew was not sure of the ingredients and the manager said it contains eggs. When we said that my daughter is allergic to eggs but she usually eats the original pretzel, the manager rudely said, ‘Then why ask?’ Does he not know that it is protocol to check every-time and inform the server every time about food allergies? And when I insisted he rudely dropped the ingredients list on the counter. Obviously my daughter didn’t want to eat the pretzel anymore. Very poor attitude of the manager and no consideration at all. This incident happened today on 28th April , early evening.

"Opens at 11am" it just finally turned lights on at 11:15. Several people ahead of me had already asked the woman cooking the pretzels and she just stared into space ignoring them. They walked away. I waited another 5 minutes. I then walked up and asked if she knew what time they'd open. Then a janitor employee asked for a pretzel dog and she let him take from one of the cups WITH HIS DIRTY HANDS because I just watched him clean the bathroom trash prior. She then placed the cup back into the cabinet. Okay, a) wtf he touched it no. b) even if he didn't touch it, you just shorted a customer and your prices are already nuts. I walked away and got a soda from the convenience market. Aunties workers were wearing the shake shack tshirts, shake shacks right next to it. Yet they were fully staffed and standing around waiting for people to come. Very poorly managed. As I walked out, the lights came on for Anne's so the employee must have shown up to work the register. Gladly, only travel a few times a year this way, but will make a point to skip this stop.
Service was subpar. My cinnamon pretzel cup was basically just plain pretzels, very lightly covered. My salted pretzel (attached photo) was burnt, stale and barely salted. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

They have fresh products, but the service was too slow.
