Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I had awesome experience today for dinner. Our server Tyler was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager Dottie even made sure our desert, the delicious cinnamon roll skillet, came out exactly how intended and gave us awesome “special treatment” to ensure we enjoyed it. Great service!

Who doesn't love a good cracker barrel

Was disappointed that a basic condiment (Pickles) was not available with order, Was told it was Mgt's error in ordering. Was also disappointed that the New England Boil special (Not sure of proper name) was no longer available seeing that it's still summer; was told that menu was changing the next day.

I think our server was still in training. Had to ask for water and silverware twice. Friday had fish and chips, not bad

My boyfriend and I have been to the location in Wrentham, MA (near the outlets) several times for both breakfast and late lunches. We're always both greeted and sat at a table promptly, usually with a wait time <5 minutes. The food always comes out fresh and delicious. Service is always great. No complaints. :)

It was a great breakfast and the staff were kind and helpful with getting everything we needed. .the place had a very clean and family style atmosphere. A great place to go with the family.

Didn’t know Cracker Barrel served alcohol…really can’t complain… server was on point expect she forgot about silverware…otherwise kept lemonade coming on a hot day….

Cannot fault this. Love the place, the service, the food. The waitress called me honey and I melted like butter in the sun. (We’re European tourists if you couldn’t tell. 😀 )

We had a wonderful meal! And we had one of the newer staff Ava as our server. She was delightful and took great care of us! 10/10 would recommend

Typical Cracker place. However food preparation was mediocre. This restaurant is declining in it's food . I'll not be back at them

I had a great time...they accommodated a big party of 8 no problem...our waiter Santiago was wonderful...I ordered the trout it was excellent...and love the store too!!

the waitress Kai rendered the service above and beyond. She is excellent and keeps her as long as you can.
