Terrible service, so slow, not organized, and employees do not know what they are doing.

Ordered iced latte but was mostly iced milk.
Ordered another chai latte and was served latte. When asked to replace was served matcha.
They were out of chai syrup so sneaking in anything that they feel is appropriate.
Terrible experience!

As a resident, this location would be the most convienent to go to, yet I always go up an exit, or to the one in the center of town because the service here is the worst. Every once in a while when I am short on time I will try them again, and it is always just bad. Today was no different. Order ahead on app as I get off 95 onto 495. Go inside and wait at the pick up area. Two girls working drive thru, keep looking over at me and never say a word. They were not even busy. The third girl is at the counter the whole time talking to who I assumed were customers. After about 5 min, I realize they are just friends visiting here. So I go over, which is only 5 ft away, and she immediately asks me as I approach if I was a mobile order, which she had with her behind the counter the whole time I am there. This is pretty much how it goes each time I try going there. Officially done with this place.

They say they open at 5:00 in the morning but the people in the inside just stand there and not answer the speaker very bad for business I refuse to go there anymore because of the help they have there they all stand around worst dunkin' donuts I've ever been to

Sadly this location has gone down hill since new ownership. Most of the staff has quit, service times are down, sometimes only drive thru is open, and a lot of inconsistency with food and cold brew. Cold brew is so inconsistent that it needs to be modified each time. Or needs to be remade when they just use regular coffee instead of cold brew. Hopefully things improve but the transition period has come and gone at this point.

Every time I go shopping at the outlet, I stop first to eat something and have a coffee. Today something different happened. The girls at the checkout, both very efficient and polite, unlike the ones in production, were making a lot of noise and shouting like they were rude children. When the sandwich orders came, they were both burnt and looked horrible. When my friend asked us to make another one, an old girl from the kitchen was incomprehensible about the rejection of the order. When she returned to the kitchen, she shouted and said something very uncomfortable. So because of this, I see that customers, besides paying, do not have the right to complain about a product that is not fit for consumption.

Awful stressful experience. The person making the food was yelling and screaming. Our food came burnt and when she was shown she argued…. The other two people working keep apologizing for her actions. We will never come to this location again . Very ghetto

I usually like this place, but lately it’s been not that good. There is a woman probably in her 50s that runs the drive through with glasses and a pony tail. Things run golden when she is there. When she is not there, things go down hill. The crew is late at times and when I get hash browns when she is not there, they are partially frozen and smooshed to where you can’t eat them. Things either not toasted or burned, no in between. Like I said, when that lady is there, things run great, but when she isn’t; the crew needs to slow down a bit and take their time. Customers can be rude for sure but for those customers who are not end up paying for it…

Depressing staff. Place needs a really good cleaning. Electric fireplace doesn't look lime it's been wiped clean since it was installed. And waiting for a lawsuit placing ashtrays right outside the door so you walk into them.
