I ordered a frozen chocolate and the worker said the couldn’t make one so i told her to make a refresher drink and she gave me an iced latte. Then she told me she couldn’t make me another one because that was what i had ordered !! Ridiculous.

Showed up at 6pm to be told they are closed. Everything was still out and all light one. I feel they were being lazy and just didn’t feel like serving me. Sad work ethic this world has today

I know everyone has bad days so I wanted to give the woman that was working a little credit. But she was so nasty, unfriendly, and terrible. I was thinking of getting something to eat after she made my iced coffee but she quickly told me my total like she wanted to get rid of me.

Usually a great place with great service. The coffee was good and so were the baked goods … minus the fact that we were given the wrong donut and the cashier was more interested in laughing and making fun of the customers (with his friend) than helping them … but all that being said it’s usually great and the coffee was made to perfection

Just walked out. Stood at the counter waiting for anyone to appear for on the upwards of ten minutes. Helpful woman at the Alltown counter tried to find the employee but to no avail. No idea if there was actually anyone working.

I love Dunkin donuts, but the service here is horrendous. When I say service, I mean Lori/Laurie specifically (older, blonde hair-usually wears in a pony tail, works mostly mornings) I have been here 3 times. 2 of them Lori waited on me. She was awful in every sense of the word. She talked down to me, was rude, snippy, rolling her eyes, then as soon as I get my coffee to leave she starts talking about me. I'm at the Mobil counter and can hear every word shes saying. When I confronted her she said she wasn't talking about me (I mean when there's no one else in the store and she says "see, that's the girl I was telling you about...." clearly that's not about me) but then proceeds to threaten me and says "just you wait, I'm telling my manager you're harassing me, just you wait until she gets here, come back in an hour, you'll see!" I've been there 3 times in 4 months, and even though this location is more convienent for me I avoid it because of her nasty attitude. I guess because I like my coffee a certain way, that is harassment in her book. I work in customer service, and have always been management...If she worked with me She would of been fired a long time ago for treating anybody, let alone a customer. I have no clue what I did to deserve this nasty behavior, and to be bullied 1st thing in the morning before I even had my coffee.

Lucky these donuts are delicious because the customer service was rather poor. Dont scoff at me for trying to order decaf. Not everyone runs on Dunkin.
