Friendly's

Breakfast was good...love the weekday special. Your morning waitresses are a lot better at their jobs then the ones at night besides the tall, thin pretty girl who is there both shifts.

Food was good and inexpensive. Milkshakes were very good. I've cream deserts were great. Staff in particular the manageress seemed unhappy.

I wish I can give negative rating for their staff. They charged two dollars for playing games on their payment device kept on table without any information. Food was not that bad. Food was better than food court. Ice cream was delicious. Ice cream portions were huge, so make sure you guys order food based on ice cream size. This outlet is totally opposite to food corner.

Used to actually be a decent place. Despite recent atrocities there, we decided to give this place one last chance. Save your time and your money and take them both someplace else to eat!! Went in with my mother before noon, we were seated right away. After waiting for over 10 minutes staring at the menus given to us by the hostess, no one came to accommodate us. It was literally as if we were invisible. The waitress accommodated the couple that walked in before us, served them their drinks and then walked right passed us, empty handed. Didn't even look our way while we were patiently waiting to be served for over 10 minutes at the table! And the fact is, it was not even busy when we were seated. We got up and left, appalled by how they could get away with treating customers like that, which such ignorance and contempt. Waitresses are clearly miserable and literally don't know how to do their jobs properly. Take your children to a place where they will actually get real service, like Ruby Tuesday next door (waitresses are attentive there, actually serve you promptly and care about all the customers!) Never going to friendly's again, due to their extreme lack of friendliness and attentiveness. Food is nothing special either. Highly DO NOT recommend. 0 stars across the board.

I just had the best experience at this Friendly's not only was the food great but our server was amazing her name is Britney. After a long day of work she brightened the day with her humor and pleasant bubbly personality. It was like hanging out with a life long friend. She made lunch worth it. Before we left without even us asking she came over with to go cups with what we were drinking, when some servers even forget to ask if you want a refill. She definitely deserves notice for going above and beyond.
