Waited 40 mins for burgers, which were ok tasting but made incorrectly. The tots & fries that came with our entree were disgusting and flavorless. The ladies room was out of order. Paid way too much for such yuck

To many campers. Expect a long wait.

Went into an almost empty restaurant for lunch. Food finally arrived after almost 45 minutes wait. Server forgot drink that was ordered at walk in until requested again when food came. Poor service.

The food and the environment were good, and we had a pretty nice time untill our server, I believe her name is Michelle, brought us the check and added herself a 25% tip to our experience without even asking. I think she mistook us for tourists as we were speaking Greek, and tried to squeeze some more $$ out of our pockets. I always leave 20% tip, so the price difference was not significant, but I will never go back to Ruby, since this is a highly unprofessional treatment, and I hate places that try to scam tourists.

This is the singular Massachusetts location. Every time I visit, they are notoriously short-handed. Tables remain cluttered and uncleared. Salad bar offerings are frequently low or empty. On this most recent visit, BOTH bathrooms were out of order. It was necessary to visit one of the bathrooms at the outlet mall. And the music in the dining room was appalling, and certainly not "music to eat dinner by". Lastly, the cushions in the booths were worn and lost their comfort.
Either it's poor management... Or it's the parent company not being attentive to its locations successes.
Overall disappointing...

Parking: If they don't improve upon their shortcomings, there may soon not be any Massachusetts locations!

It took forever for them to take our order and then even longer for the food to come. When the food did arrive, it was subpar even for a chain such as this. Service nonexistent, and it wasn't busy

I was at this restaurant today with my wife and my 4-month-old daughter who was sleeping in the stroller. The restaurant was not full and they still asked to wait a bit so they could find an available seat. So far so good! The problem was when we sat down and waited 25 minutes and We didn't have any service. I called an attendant who informed me that she could not provide services at that location. Deception! We got up and left!

The service was not good (never refilled my drink) and the food was tasteless. One of the seats in the booth next to mine was ripped. The bathroom was out of order. I used to love this restaurant. I’ll never go there again.

We went to Ruby Tuesday recently and loved it. My boyfriend and I tried two different types of smash burgers; the American smashed burger and the mushroom Swiss smashed burger. Both burgers and fries were delicious. The only negative thing I have to say is that the portion of French fries that came with the burgers was on the smaller side. For an appetizer we got the artichoke dip with chips and we both got an alcoholic beverage. I got the Ruby Relaxer and my boyfriend got the Ruby Rita. I preferred my drink but both were really good. On top of the delicious food- our server was very nice and attentive.

I was happy to find out that there is a place now to have lunch at Wrenthem Village outlets. I liked it a lot. It was comfortable and spacious. Prices are reasonable. The food was good. Our waitress was great!
Menu had many choices and provided pictures. Very good place for this area!

This makes me so sad as I used to love Ruby Tuesdays. Your staff is great but the food is terrible. My booth seat was broken and made me too short for the table… Atmosphere is very dark and it was not busy at all. Salad bar soggy and not fresh (we went in at 12pm so not an odd time) We ordered a sampler and another app that was dry and then doused with sauces. Food just has been slipping each visit. My 13 yr old loved Ruby Tuesdays after that experience we returned to the outlets and she chose another place for lunch. I will try again hoping it gets better???

The food was really good. We bought a Monday special which was half a rack of ribs and a 6 oz steak. The steak looked a little smaller than in the photo but it was amazing and the ribs were also amazing. I had the honey bourbon sauce. I wouldn't pick any other sauce. The edges of the ribs on one side was a little dry but that was because they didn't put any sauce on it. But they were very very good.
