I hate reviewing with one star since this place actually deserves less than that

Ordered a creamsicle and a burger

Waited 30min and brought up my concern that the creamsicle that's been sitting on the shelf might be mine and that it might be melted by the time I get my burger

Staff says she's got me. 5min later burger is ready and she shuffles to get a "new" creamsicle

It was definitely the same super melted creamsicle and I'm pretty sure they spit into it or something

If you want to wait 40 mins for a seat then another hour for a burger this is the place to go the fries are good the burger is not what’s it’s hyped up to be overall 2.5/5

Don’t even bother ordering from here I’ve had 3 delivery people cancel on me due to long wait times I order a burger and fries and it took 2 hours before I could even get a delivery 10 mins from the place don’t recommend the food isn’t even that good.

Shake shack is amazing! The food is very tasty. The quality of food is perfect, it tastes so fresh! The place is very clean. Even thought it was very busy, our food is was out promptly. The staff were really friendly and patient. You could tell they were working hard! I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The bathrooms are also well maintained.

1 burger 2 orders of chicken and 2 fries took a little over 30 minutes to bring to the table. There are only 12 people in this restaurant

Another great example of why shake shack needs to take a deep dive into how to properly design a restaurant in a very busy space. There is no free tables ever, the tables are purposely designed to not really allow people to separate tables so people have to wait for available tables because people take up 4 chairs when they only two people. Not to mention have staff want to tell you where to stand in a big void where they could probably be an extra 2 more tables. Take a note from raising Cane's on how to design your interiors all of your stores have way too much wasted space.

Couldn't try the food cause didn't wanna wait 30 minutes for a table.
