Went here as the outlets were closing. Went in with modest expectations, but really pleasantly surprised. Service was excellent. The food was tasty and the place was super clean. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I hadn't been to a Shake Shack in a long time and this location definitely makes me want to come back sooner rather than later! All right

First visit. Went for a vegi burger as a friend recommended. The vegi 🍔 was good. Had option for double patty and avacado with extra charge. It costs 16 dollars and change for just the burger. I would definitely get it again.

Way too salty. Shakes were good, but everything else was overly salted. Tongue was burning from eating a burger and couple of fries. The staff were nice.

Food is on par with Shake Shack. Service was amazing! I've never had so much attention paid to me at a counter service restaurant before. Luke did an awesome job, keep it up!

Pickup up an online order with no problems, amid what was easily the busiest I've ever seen the Wrentham Outlets and parking lot. I commend the entire team at Shake Shack for how they handled the rush of patrons and speed in getting orders done, while still keeping that quality that we all love and expect.

Takes 35 minutes for food to get ready. Understand it is lunch time but food is just sitting on the preparation table. Only one person is packing food. This is not the way to serve customers. Saw a customer go and ask for a refund cause the food took too long.
