The Gavel is a great local place to get together with friends and family. The atmosphere is warm and casual. Food is delicious with a nice variety of options. We have had the salads, tacos, shrimp, and burgers. All were excellent. Service is awesome and the Gavel is highly recommended!

Cool spot. We went after the Wrentam outlets because everything was busy. Happy we stumbled upon this spot. The food was good, drinks were good, and the service was good. They even have merch. I liked their hats a lot.

We stopped for lunch today around 3pm and it wasn’t busy at all for a Saturday. We were able to get a table for 2 on the patio right away. There were so many options on the menu that sounded good, but I went with the turkey BLAT with a side of tater tots. It was a huge portion so I took half home to have later. Food & drinks were great and service was excellent. We had a few different servers/runners stop by our table multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. We’re not from the area so this was just a random stop after googling “food nearby” but I would definitely come back if I were in the area again!

What a great place! Plenty of selections, both food and drink, service is very friendly. Looks like a good neighborhood hangout. Salmon was delicious, house wine tasty. A definite return.

I had the Beet and Goat Cheese salad with grilled chicken and my husband had the Bourbon Glazed Salmon with cole slaw and green beans. We shared a S'mores Lava Cake for dessert.
This was our first time here. We'll definitely be back.
