My family went here two times yesterday one time during lunch hours we waited 30 minutes to be served and no one came (the place was not busy at all) so my family left. We decided to go back for dinner, the waitress we had for dinner was great, very polite and fast. Almost instantly after we got home my husband and son got very very sick. Throwing up and diarrhea all night, my husband had the Vermont burger and my son had the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese both were up all night sick as hell! Come to find out they both had food poisoning from this place! Never going here again. Please be safe eating here guys

We are regulars here and the staff here is good normally but day shift had us waiting with our family over 25 mins so we got up and left. We went back just me and my wife and ate when I got home I was sick and so was my youngest son. I’m very upset with the food today.

This review is over due. I order delivery and never received the food. As soon as the food said DELIVERED I contacted the store and informed them that I didn't received the food. The manager did not help with the issue. I even offered to drive from Harwich to get the food and they stated that they will be closing soon and not willing to wait for my arrival. Manager stated that I will received a refund instead but I never received my refund. The dasher couldn't confirm where or to whom they delivered the food or went back to the location or try to fixed the issue. I've never had this happen before and I always order delivery from the same location to Harwichport.

We went this evening to celebrate my birthday, we hadn't been to this location since before the pandemic. The hostess was pleasent and we were seated easily (4 adults, 1 child). The server was a nice older lady, Patti I believe. It did take her time to use the handheld order computer. These may be good for the kitchen but too much attention is needed to import orders correctly not allowing the server to be calmer and more sociable with the patrons. The food? Nothing to brag about. For the cost of $85+ I can make it at home for less. Definitely not anything we'll steess about getting back to, hence the 3 stars.Parking: Huge lot, fairly well lit

Stopped in while on a work trip to Cape Cod. I got the Royal Sirloin at the recommendation of our waitress. It was one of the BEST Sirlions I've had. Perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. Salad was crisp/cold and tasted VERY fresh. Loaded baked potatoe was also delicious. Atmosphere is very nice, not too loud and TVs Everywhere you looked! Not a bad seat in the house. I wish every Bar/Restaurant had the High Top style Booths. They were very comfortable and it's nice being able to look eye to eye with the waitress without having to look up like normal seating/tables.

The food and the service was very good. I personally got a bacon cheeseburger with fries (it was awesome) and my friends were also very happy with what they got. After we finished up and my friend payed, we were about to drive off but two of the ladies that worked their came out to explain to my friend that he wrote a mistake on his receipt that would’ve made it so that he was charged twice the amount that he wanted to tip. I thought that was really nice of them that they did something like that cause it taught all of us something new, but also to help prevent us from making the same mistake. They didn’t have to come out to explain and they could’ve charged the accidental amount but they were very kind to give the heads up instead.
