I once rated this place 5 stars, but recently the bagels aren't very good. They're small and look quite gross. They look undercooked. The flavor isn't great, and the texture is rough. I don't know what happened, but it used to be better.
Food was delicious and well prepared. Young girl taking the orders needs some customer service skills training. Needs to smile and welcome customers, and thank them for their order.
Very busy place. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel. Got food and took it back to the hotel when I realized the order was wrong. Had to drive be all the way back there to have them fix it. Bagel was different, very soft and squishy. It had good flavor but a weird texture. Home fries were good though.
